Great song from an under rated album!
Without a doubt, the absolute highlight of this performance is ace session guitarist Larry Byrom (formerly of Steppenwolf) and his awesome slide guitar work!
@@jimmyleon2983 Steppenwolf had such good guitarists and Larry was my favourite. That winding, twisting feel, beautiful.
Stevie is a genius on so many levels.
Steve Winwood is a fucking genius! I dig this shit!
STEVIE IS AWESOME
STEVE WINWOOD DID ANOTHER DEAL GOES GREAT ON LATE NIGHT WITH DAVID LETTERMAN !!
i remember seeing this live ...thanks for the post ...great performance ...and great album...i went out and bought it next day
This is such a great song. Too bad it didn't make it.
Totally agree, One & Only Man is just great stuff! This was, by the way, my first Steve Winwood album! Good way to start :)
Terrific.Shaffer must have had a good lie down after this ,it was much more than a 10 second sound grab.
Best part of clip is Larry Byron.
1990 isn't brand new The Devil takes your mind
The cd came out in 1990 so i'd say 1990 (or perhaps 1991)
He looks a lot like Willem Dafoe
