I wish these care givers were the typical example we would find in any given facility of this type for our disabled, but unfortunately this is rarely the case. This videos shows what we all hope and dream for our loved ones with disabling conditions. Excellent video, facility and staff.
This is wonderful! Too many times people with disabilities are put in nursing facilities with no interaction. The staff usually has little compassion, education and training.
Thank you for this great video that deals with such a taboo subject. And thank you for pointing out how much we must have an open mind when it comes to communication.
Love this video, my son is in a vegatative state and he will have difficulties later in life, my son changed my life by loving people with disabilities glad you made this video, every time I see people with disabilities I think about my son which I love him so much, even his brother and sister love their older brother
i dont feel bad at all. because i dont have what they may have, i do have a learning disability. so just imbrase them, love them, interact with them. most of all dont frel sorry for them.
This is like some of my good friends but they may not be able to talk to me with their words the same as you and me are able to but they can speak in their own special unique way like anyone you need to take the time to get to know them just give em a chance and you will see we are not so different like when anyone is talking to you you have to take the time to listen to them so if you listen to them you will eventually understand what it is their trying to tell you
Thank you - an important and valuable piece of work - it's important that we give a voice to these vulnerable and often overlooked members of our community. You are doing a great job in spreading good practice.

These carers do a really good job of helping those who find it difficult with communication, it helps to bring happiness to them too.
May the curer of all illnesses cure all those who are ill

I think this was really respectful to us disabled people and I haven't come across anything that really is.
