hey, you’re welcome! 😊💞and yes you will be, for winter break you can stay if you submit a request to stay and pay additional fees. for summer you will be too, unless if you are planning on taking classes in the summer in that case you’ll have to submit a request to stay during the time after the April move out day to the start of summer semester and pay additional fees. you can also stay during summer if you’re not taking classes you’ll just have to ask, give a reason and pay the fee for it
it’s pretty easy to find a room rental, i use kijiji.ca to search. i’ve stayed in the residence during winter and summer break before. I’ve also lived in a room rental for a summer break too, it was easy to find and close by to seneca.

That’s because u have to complete two semesters ( winter :January-April then u have spring or summer :May- August ) that’s because u applied for the winter semester hence u have to do two semesters I think .But congratulations on your acceptance 🎉

Hi... So on the Seneca website they give a price for how much residence is... How long does that price pay for, like a yr, a semester or is that a monthly fee?
there’s a monthly fee of $1000 but we don’t pay it monthly there’s a couple options to pay in instalments I think they split it so for the academic year(sept-April) it’s $8000 so you can pay half at first then the rest later or just pay it all at once
Is the 1000 bucks for the dorm on shared basis Or individual private basis .. Are tenant options available near by seneca college & their average cost.. kindly advise

it’s pretty easy to find a room rental, i use kijiji.ca to search. i’ve stayed in the residence during winter and summer break before. I’ve also lived in a room rental for a summer break too, it was easy to find and close by to seneca.

seneca college isn’t strict and yes international students can manage work and studies it’s just 20hrs you can work so it’s doable with school
