Some advice...it's good to be safe than sorry. Better to have it and not need it. Even with assistance sometimes you find out the day of it's not enough. It happened to me when I purchased my home in 2020.
I understand when you said time is ticking I’m 30 and I’ll be 31 this year. I don’t have any kids yet lol. Waiting for the right one. Our gas went up too but not drastically.

Hi Katie. 🥰love you girl ! great video. I think you should combine the envelopes for your closing cost and down payment. Also, I tried doing a natural birth since I have a high pain tolerance and I couldn't do it. Everyone is different. 💜💜

This is such a great idea! Very sweet
It doesn't hurt to have the epidural. It just eases the bad pain and makes you more comfortable and more able to concentrate on the birth.
