My personal favourite Primarch is Vulkan the Lord of Drakes so I really wanted to make sure this was done right, even commissioning so music just to get the right feel for the journey of this character. Unfortunatly Primarch video's do take longer to make because I think they are some of the most well written characters in the Lore and I hope to do that justice. The books I researched are, The Unremembered Empire, Vulkan lives, Fury of Magnus and a number of others that I would highly recommend. Let me know what you guys think or who you would like to see next? Thank you so much for watching! Lastly....... Vulkan lives!! Stomp Stomp!!

Vulkan is a good and humane Primarch, but he still abandoned humanity just like the other primarchs. Robot GirlyMan is the only primarch worth being called a primarch. GirlyMan never left humanity and even got put into a coma fighting for humanity. and once he got ressurected, the first thing he did was fight to save the besieged Ultramar and then ran straight to terra to start helping humanity.

Seriph frowned, then wiped her brow with the sleeve of her robe.
‘What else could you have been?’
‘Tyrants, murderers… architects. It was only fate that made us leaders, and I am still unsure as to
how our genetic heritage predisposed us to that calling.’
‘And which would you have been, then?’
Vulkan smiled, though it did little to warm his diabolic voice.
    ‘A farmer, I think.’
‘You would take your blacksmiter’s anvil and turn a sword into a ploughshare, is that it?’
‘Overly poetic, but yes that’s it.’
Seriph paused. Either she was gasping in the heat or drawing some conclusions.

Vulkan, Corax and Guilliman.. The three primarchs who in my opinion had the most tragic circumstances during and after the heresy.. Vulkan being constantly pitted against his brothers and nephews despite being a literal gentle giant, Corax forced into seeing his sons mutate yet still fight for the imperium and had to end their misery himself and Guilliman for always being too late but shouldering the bulk of the effort against horus' actions.. Three brothers different from each other yet the same wherein they were utterly loyal.. Vulkan's love for his brothers and father, Corax's dedication to the liberation of the common folk and Guilliman's dream of uplifting all people so that they may have better lives.. Yet for all their deeds to help create a better future for mankind they were rewarded with betrayal, madness and misery..

In contrast, you have Angron and Konrad - Primarchs who were denied essentially love by the Emperor or were treated as freaks among their kin for curses of their homeworlds. One being potentially a kindred spirit alike Vulkan, but was tortured by the Butcher Nails that would eventually kill him besides ruining his mind/emotions while the other could’ve risen from the darkness and corruption of his world, but his mind broken upon failure similar to that of Corvus or Guiliman’s success.

The most humane Primarch, and the one that Guilliman really needs right now, after all the politics and betrayals and infighting of the 41st millennium, Guilliman needs to deal with that alone, when Vulkan returns, Guilliman should be the one to embrace him first, and having the primarchs share raw emotion at seeing each other after thousands of years, would be a great read and ahas great potential for a story

Hearing of Vulcans story is like sitting beside a blazing forge in a rain storm, each moment of his story begins like cold metal upon an anvil to bend and shape before the fires bring its impurities forth to be cast away only for the quenching oil to show its true prestige, and after the blazing heat and fury…there is gentle reminder of droplets hitting overhead, truly brought to life in this video

"On the Anvil of War are the strong tempered and the weak made to perish, thus are men's souls tested as metal in the forge's fire."
      -The Primarch Vulkan
"We are born of fire, but we shall not die of it - instead we will emerge re-born."
      - Vulkan He'stan
It's an insult to the blacksmithing craft to how the Primarch's quote; as awesome as it sounds, uses metallurgy terms and processes incorrectly. That said, it's really my only dislike in Vulkan's character.

There's a strong duality in my 2 favorite Primarchs. Opposites in every way, they couldn't be farther apart, yet their tales grip equally. Their outlooks and flaws too human. Vulkan and Kurze. 2 heads of the same coin, Brothers in Name only. Your tales to Justice to Every character you represent. You are a Master of your craft and I Salute you
