my uncle had a candy red 68 gt350 when i was growing up, i got bit with the bug and have had 20-21 different mustangs. Now in my 40's i love just about anything, all cars are so good it's hard not to be a fan of every make.
I remember when an altered (custom) Mustang wasn't even considered legit, to fetch any real money they had to be bone stock with every nut and bolt period correct. Those sentiments must have been buried along with the great Lee Iacocca.
Virtually every part brand new 1967 Eleanor super bad goes for $300+K and original unrestored, practically slow, slightly beat up 289 CI one goes for more. Blows my mind.
I literally got goosebumps the second I saw Sir Sterlings '65 up on that stage. . .
