Appreciate all of your advice but I wanted to thank you again for your tutorial on the leg curl machine! The single best instructional video I've encountered!

But when the weight is set a bit higher, like 8RM, the cable can still cause pain to elbow joint, doesn't it?

If it does brother just lower the weight and do 12 reps or 15reps. As long as you are close to failure or fail on the past rep you will grow. Also warm up with lighter weight for very high reps to get blood flowing before exercise and even after the exercise. Light weight x 35 reps = blood flow and healing in area

What's your ideas on exercise sequencing? I know mountain dog talked a little about this but I'd love to hear your take on it. Questions open to anyone to discuss.

@Diego Costa i hate "the gay" people that promote to become gay , change your sexuality, waste money and time in gay prides. If you are a normal gay im okay with it. Wdym by gay pride we should do straight pride aswell then. Do no waste money on gay prides help the poor and underdeveloped countries

I figure doing the skull crusher lying on bench is extremely painful to the joint because lower body won't involve much to resist the weight, while doing it standing is way more comfortable to the elbow joint because more joints are involved to fight the weights, I mean just in stabilizing standpoint.

Then you get to the final level where you let your head go a full length beyond the bench thereby allowing you to lengthen your triceps even farther instead of restricting your movement if you had let your head stop inline with the bench like people normally do. And you also lift towards the wall away from your head instead of the ceiling to utilize the dumbells.
