Spent 6 hours replacing a Copeland compressor on a roof last week and it was bad out of the box. 🤬 I installed a new Manitowoc in a drive thru at McDonald's last week. Expansion valve was bad on start up. 🤬 You're doing the best you can do, I feel your pain buddy
I’m guessing that’s due to Dave’s distributors being on the coast? Did that get ordered without the option for Coastal Coils? It might be worth getting your equipment further inland to delay this😮
This is very common. I worked for Trane Hawaii and every shipment of a dozen units, had 1-3 with some type of damage. Coils are built so flimsy nowadays also. They be leaking brand new 🤙🏼
We put in a tankless water heater. Bad gas valve on startup Swapped entire unit 2nd unit bad gas valve on startup Bot units sat in a warehouse for 4 yrs. Third unit finally started smh
