I am not surprised by the time, however, I am in shock at the speed, those traction bars really help to keep the rubber on the ground, and look at the massive surface area that those tires cover...smokin'....whoooo.....love it...
@pauldahlqvist Does the FIA make back up runs mandatory? I live in the US and the NHRA has it that all ET records must be backed up within a certain percentage then the average of the two runs.
Thanks for the reply. You are very modest, humble and polite in your manner. Unlike some other teams that are at least a second behind you in terms of ET. Good luck in all that you do,
Love the angle of the vid. Yousee those steam rollers and think they will hook and rotate the earth then he launches and you see them things clawing to keep planted. Very cool, thanks for the vid. Was that Charles Carpenter in the other lane?
That was the first thing I did, I couldn't find any. I was looking for a white European car. I guess it's sun glare makes it look white. It's unbelievable how fast you guys are going these days. Thanks for the video's
I like how a lot of people assume this car has a make an model all it is is a full tube chassis with a light weight aero shell on top the motor in this case is most likely American though.
That is correct. This car is a Camaro -67 built by G Force Racecars in 2010 i think. When they build cars like this one the body must look like the original. And why don´t they drive the original car? The main issue is the safety and I wouldn't like to hit the wall in 240mph with either this or the original but certainly not with the original. This car is a race car and nothing else :) And the engine is a V8 526ci build in US and in Sweden.
Spiros Mallios 6 hours ago I am 16 and i live in greece. No motorsport for under 18 here So how would you know the difference in difficulty between ANY motorsports?
Hi. The gearbox in this car is a Lenco 3 speed. Take a look at lencoracing(.)com for more information about the gearbox and flamholcracing(.)com for feeds from the team.
@Narutofan1000k Yes this is the current European record. This year Johan Lindberg, Micke Gullqvist and Urban Johansson did drive better times but the record time must set at a FIA event.
I dont think so because this car is not built for the street. One week ago Adam ran 3.89sec at 1/8mile on a dragstrip and a dragstrip is covered with a sort of glue that is called "trackbite" and a layer of rubber and it is very sticky, that is something that the street dont have. You can visit flamholcracing(dot)com And ADRL(dot)us for mor information and you can also ask questions her aswell.
Check out "Fuel Funny Car"....it's another rear angle run shot at Santa Pod...great Pro Mod car, just can't compete with the insanity of nitro....great video BTW....
@Narutofan1000k All records must be backed up within 1% i think. I'am not sure but I think that FIA has the same record rules as in NHRA. You can watch the backup in my channel.
I don't think you know what dragracing is. What do you think it would be like to drive a 3000hp car in a straight line? Do you think it will go in a straight line? It's requires a whole lot of skills to handle a car like this.
and that point why dont you just have 1 big tire in the back! thanks for the video, what an amazing car, even though it looks semi composed down the track, any twitch would send it literally flying away
I am not surprised by the time, however, I am in shock at the speed, those traction bars really help to keep the rubber on the ground, and look at the massive surface area that those tires cover...smokin'....whoooo.....love it...
car on the left: "I'M ALMOST THERE!!!"
I watch this over and over and smile each and every time.
Private Private love this aswell
What a cool video. Beautiful high def. You rarely get to see one shoot down the track from that angle.
thats badass... thanks for sharing
@pauldahlqvist Does the FIA make back up runs mandatory? I live in the US and the NHRA has it that all ET records must be backed up within a certain percentage then the average of the two runs.
What a brilliant video. It captures the power of these cars really well, and that sound, wow! Thanks for posting it.
HA - back here again to laugh and smile at that NEATO run.
What an awesome video! The camera angle was unbelievable! Great job. Car is sooo BITCHIN' looking.
Thanks for the reply. You are very modest, humble and polite in your manner. Unlike some other teams that are at least a second behind you in terms of ET. Good luck in all that you do,
He did a great job of keeping in the throttle the whole way down!
SICK! Congratulations!!!!
Wow..... Very badass car!!!! Great driving too.....cheers to the crew too!!!!!!!
Look the camera angle! Awesome run.
Love the angle of the vid. Yousee those steam rollers and think they will hook and rotate the earth then he launches and you see them things clawing to keep planted. Very cool, thanks for the vid. Was that Charles Carpenter in the other lane?
"Oh HOLY Crap!" Somehow, that comes to mind when I watch this.
What the hell. In less than six seconds you're going a tad bit slower than a Bugatti?
Sorry. I forgot to say "tad bit".
Hayden Truman you dork thats 238 mph
This car makes me so happy haha. Good work.
is that the current record?
That was the first thing I did, I couldn't find any.
I was looking for a white European car.
I guess it's sun glare makes it look white.

0-238 mph in under 6 seconds....that must feel like heaven
wasn't sure never said in description but ya 1969 is my favorite year of cars and Camaro is number one on my list
Yes it is on Santa Pod in September 2010 at the European Finals
That is correct. This car is a Camaro -67 built by G Force Racecars in 2010 i think.

@pauldahlqvist aswesome run, is that a Shafiroff Power Plant?
Thank you Adam
It so fast, it looks like fast motion, very cool.
Are there any other video's of the car, so we can see what it looks like?
3-4 gs?,that's about the same as the space shuttle taking off!,I'm liking this car even more now!
Oh the board, the top number is the time it took, is the bottom the speed?
Spiros Mallios 6 hours ago I am 16 and i live in greece. No motorsport for under 18 here

@Narutofan1000k
Yes this is the current European record.

If you put a number plate, a horn, windscreen wipers and some indicators/turn signals on it will it be the fastest street car in the world?
Dude thats fast as hell are you running a bigblock or small ?
quantos metros tem 402 ou 201 ? abraços e parabens!!!
BEASTLY
I dont think so because this car is not built for the street.
