Vd's score will never justify his game play.. He almost outplayed everyone but couldn't convert in win.. I'm just proud of him for being so fearless.. But at the same time i wanted him to win..so It's a pain that will take longggg time to heal.. I don't know how vd is going to live with this!

Black was winning right from move 20, white was never winning in this position, Nepo knew what to do, breakthrough the centre and he did by SACRIFICING TWO PAWNS, INCLUDING ONE PASSED ONE got his king from h8 to the centre, he deserved to win this, while Vidit, never had a clear way to breakthrough the king's side defense ( g pawn and a bishop) of Nepo, there were some moves like h5 at some moment but neither of players had enough time to calculate those.
Vidit was ahead for the entirety of the game . Overthinking costed him .
he even refused the draw and lost, it is so sad losing that way honestly.
