Several of you sent me emails requesting a loop of the Asheville Mall Manicure. Mor demonstrates nail buffing for our videographer, John. There's a lot of background noise in this one and it may throw some people off- did my best to cut the loud segments out and enhance the audio for ASMR. I trimmed some of the clip down for the 2nd to Last loop. Hope you enjoy!

They had one of these kiosks at my local mall years ago, and the guy's presentation (IIRC exactly the same as this) definitely gave me ASMR. They wanted some ridiculous amount of money for a set consisting of a cheap nail buffer and some sea-salt-scented hand cream, but the presentation was good.
Yeah, almost got me to buying the very expensive nail kits, must be a thing the let pretty girls do the demoing on customers as they are pleasant to look at. A lot of these girls are good sport, if you refuse its all ok for them and will thank you back for your time.
This makes me think it's either night time or the weather is very overcast and stormy outside.

These sponge file things were actually good! My mom bought one that looked exactly like this one and we still have it.
They're really overpriced at the kiosk. You can buy the same nail buffer at CVS or Target or whatever for like $3

@@MissesNoitall It’s from a video series called “Ask Asheville” (link is in the description). Original is over a decade old and no other uploads or info about her, but there were some articles on Google about crackdowns on Dead Sea salt mall kiosks a few years ago.

I was living in south Florida in the early 2000's and there was an apartment across the courtyard from me thar was a revolving door of attractive young Israeli men and women. I got to talking with one of the girls and she told me how she was just out of the army and was recruited to do this exact thing as a work/vacation/travel thing. They move them around a lot, like she started in Chicago, then long island, then Florida and next she was going to Boston. She seemed to be enjoying it, the traveling. I'm sure our beautiful Mor here was part of the same type of program.
I don't know if anyone would see this so late, as there is so much curiosity surrounding her. But in fact, she is quite popular online if you know exactly where to look, even today. She has a small youtube channel (4k subs) where she goes by Candy. For her privacy, I will not divulge any further information but she actually has a bio online with her company. The trick to find it was that it's not in -text- on her website, it's an image so its generally not searchable. Myself and a buddy spent about 10 hours to find her! Alsoooo she has seen this video and is aware of it. As far as I know she was embarrassed to find it. Not sure how she was alerted, but i am sure we were not the first to find her. I say “it came out nice” just like “John” sometimes… and, now and again, when the opportunity presents: “it’s a hundred percent of cotton,” too… no one gets the reference, but it makes me happy anyway.

I bought one of these from a deja vu seller. The same advertisement set-up in the mall and everything. The buffer was cool but what really was the best product was their cuticle oil. This was back in like 2010 or so thanks for bringing back memories.

I remember those Israeli nail people in the mall. Very pushy.They would jump in front of you so they were right in your way and then they would start their spiel while grabbing your hand. All the products were expensive. That buffer thing was $20 or $ 25. If you got cornered you could end up buying it just to stop them yammering at you. I got suckered into buying one and the buffer stopped working within weeks. Wow! I had totally forgotten that incident. It was years ago. I think they were actually asked to leave because they were so aggressive with people. Definitely not a memory I needed to re-live. Nothing relaxing about it. In fact the opposite. I don't think stress inducing ASMR is going to catch on.

@@alex1432 They also sell these expensive Israeli nail kits in our country, same tactics; pretty foreign sales person (she was Syrian) doing their sales talk on men customers, fortunately they are good sport, if you refuse in the end they will thank you for the demo time and will not guilt trip you.
