I’ve watched all your self care routines and this one is my hands down favorite! It’s so easy to do on a regular shower day (for me it is) and it only takes me about 1 hour to do skincare and shower. I always watch the video before I do your pamper shower routine. Please make a quick updated shower or just skincare alone routine!

Luhhsetty, thank you for the tip on the sugar scrub I bought a jar and I am hooked. Took off a lot of dead skin I did not know was there and when I used my body wash it was like my skin was silky. I am 62 years old and god bless you for sharing your routines. Your videos has shown me that there is another way of showering and now I am buying products that will help me in the shower and not hurting or drying out my skin. I decided to try your reverse hair wash technique back in August. It actually works!
From what I noticed, the conditioner gently cleanses, softens, and protects the hair from the shampoo's sulfates. Conditioner is denser than shampoo, so I shampoo my scalp twice after conditioning. It leaves the hair silky soft, would recommend it. It also helped me grow out about 6 inches of hair. Thank you Lis! :D

I do this pretty much every sunday, after a weekend where I have worked at a horse barn and been riding my horse and there is more sweat, dust and straw on my body than skin on my body. So that i'm ready for a new week🥰but now it's monday, I don't have school so I'm working extra so i'm doing it today😂

As she said that she breaks out from conditioner and shampoo, well so do I and I have been using Toms prebiotic moisturizing body wash, in rose scent and it works like magic. It takes away the bad bacteria and leaves your skin feeling moisturized and soft, I really recommend it.
