I didn’t come in with the best mindset, but Sydney’s energy and simply getting started is enough to flip the switch into empowerment and positivity. I’m so grateful for this community 💗. Thank you to our beautiful trainer!
While I’ve always worked out regularly, it's never been an “every day” thing; more like 3-4 days per week. And never strength training with weights. So I was a little hesitant to do these back-to-back-to-back boot camp sessions. The good news: I crushed it, and even had to go out to the garage before the final bicep burnout to get heavier weights. Thank you for the excellent form cues and encouragement. UA-cam with Sydney is my workout jam!
Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soup cans (half lb) as weights but could not last even 19 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL, who does Sydney lessons regularly, did the full session using dumbbells ranging from 20 lbs to 40 lbs! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.
Sydney's Daily Wisdom (19:17): "There's nothing wrong with failure. It just means you're pushing into that next best version of you." (19:33) "Change requires change." I will admit that sometimes in workouts (strength workouts especially) I get distracted by my to-do list and don't focus on pushing myself and maximizing each rep. But when Sydney reminded me that my muscles will adapt as long as I challenge them and fuel them properly, it convicted me to use this time wisely and listen to that small voice telling me I can push myself a bit harder. Grateful for Sydney and this community!
The talk at the end really spoke to me today. My boyfriend just deployed to another country and he will be gone for 6 months. I don’t enjoy my job most days. So, I wake up just wishing the day away and being anxious about things I can’t control. I felt truly present in today’s workout and really strong! Thank you for an amazing workout and a reminder to stay present!! Much love 💕 💗
I hope that you can feel present in your life more girl it's so amazing! Try to focus on the positives and if you ever need help finding them, just take a second to pause and breathe, maybe do one of Sydney's awesome workouts and feel strong and great!
I can't even say "Find work that you like or love" because most jobs suck anyway lol. I feel your pain. I just take it day by day, do enjoyable stuff and not think about how sucky life is. If I think about it, it makes me depressed. Don't think about it too much.
I’ve been trying to change the way I approach these workouts the past week. Saying to myself “what workout do I GET to do today” instead of “what workout do I HAVE to do” I didn’t want to do this today, but I’m here. I finished and I’m proud of myself
This one felt much better second time around. I loved the part where she says "your muscle doesn't question it, it just grows" - every time we think it's too hard we have to remember it's only your mind thinking that, your body CAN do it!
Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (half lb) as weights but could not last even 19 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL, who does Sydney lessons regularly, did the full session with using dumbbells from 15 lbs to 45 lbs!!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.
I love your humility. The enemy wants to come in and replace our humility with pride. Your encouragement and humility are so Inspiring. Stay strong in that.
"Maximize your time in the present. You'll never get this moment again." Crushed today's workout by going up in weight on a bunch of the moves! So proud and happy.

Woaaaahhhhhh I love upper body days!! Not because they are easy, but because my upper body does so much for me and to be able to have a strong back and arms is essential in my job being a housecall dog groomer, I do a lot with my upper body daily! I also love them because she is absolutely on point when she says you have to stay in the game mentally to push yourself physically, positive mindset helps so much with that. I’ve been able to stay present these last 6 months by journaling every morning before getting ready for my day after my workout. I am able to record my gratitude for life and my body and my abilities as well as those around me who teach me lessons everyday! Staying grateful switches your mindset to “I have to” to I GET TO and just that little switch can invite so much love and positivity into your life. Loving this month, I love a good strength focus as that’s my main goal in this, HAPPY, HEALTHY, STRONG AND HELLA GRATEFUL. We crushed it fam!! 💪🏾💛
I love that, Maximize the life you have in the present!!! My grip strength was failing at the drop set so I went from my 20's to 15's. After a few reps and a shake out I went back up to my 20's to finish the last few seconds
I’m grateful for this amazing body that lets me workout every single day and I’m also thankful for having this amazing channel and Sydney in my life, she has really changed me and my perspective on life :)❤️

Going through one of the most testing times in my parenting path and these workouts are my medicine. Hearing such motivational words at the end is keeping my mind set greatful and giving me strength to keep fighting and staying positive that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Tough times are here but I am tougher 💪 thank you sydney for being such an amazing person helping to make people a better version of themselves xx ❤
Love this workout but please put the list of the exercises back in the description! I really liked being able to see what each workout will be so I can pick out the best ones for me to do each day.
I always look forward to the end of every work to hear Sydney’s motivational speech of the day. In addition to the amazing workouts and words of wisdom it helps me kick start my days. Who else feels this way? 🙋♀️I’m addictive, can’t stop working out now!!! 💚💚💚thanks you so much Sydney🤗
Wow, I never thought an empty water bottle would feel so heavy! Loved this workout. Thank you Sydney for the post workout pep talk! So what I needed today to change my mindset before starting my day today! Feel strong and feeling so thankful to be here, going to crush today!
Sydney----You are absolutely correct when you say that being present is key. I couldn't allow any other thought to enter my mental space during this workout. The last back circuit was TOUGH!!!! The drop-down burnout was genius 👏. Very very very proud of myself and every other person who completed this/every workout!!!!! Excellent---thank you Sydney!!! #changerequireschange #bepresent #crushedthisworkout
Upper body days with Sydney are my favorites! I am so impressed that she can create such a long, valuable workout with just two muscle groups. I do NOT miss my pre-Sydney days of trying to find workouts each morning. Thanks, Sydney, Dustin, and their team! 😃👍💪🏼
Can you please Talk to us more about changing your metabolism, that you mentioned in this workout!!! Do different body types need to add a extra outside cardio like running, walking biking to your program? I have been dedicated and religious for 18 months to your program. Just wondering what you suggest when wanting to loose extra pounds to be healthy (besides diet, sleep, water, rest) when we have children and our bodies go thru menopause. THANKS for being you!
I'm grateful to Sydney and the squad for making me feel more motivated as well! Great workout, definitely! I hope everyone will have a great day and don't forget to spread positive vibes! Well, for me it's going to be nighttime~ I'll sleep well~ ❤️
“Maximize your time in the present!” Amen to that. I wrote that quote down for my work priorities today. This workout was intense. It may be strength but I was sweating hard. Thank you for challenging us Sydney.
I may be getting to that point where you’re like meh before a workout. My mental health isn’t okay right now, but I’m still pushing through everyday with you Sydney. Can’t wait till you’re back!
I’m a year behind this post but these workouts are still banging!! Thanks!! I’m loving your channel. Keep up the good work. Congrats on your pregnancy, I hope all goes and is well.
I can feel myself getting stronger Sydney. I push and push and grit my teeth but I make it through. Maximize your time in the present. Words to remember and live by. Thank you for all you do for us. Your are truly an amazing human being. ❤
Your in a competition with yourself. That made me empowered!!!!! Let’s go. I am so grateful for my body allowing me to complete these workouts everyday.
Feeling back and bicep stronger! The last set was challenging but cool to see the muscles tell me when they had enough. I'm grateful my limbs work that I can work out every day. It's a total gift. Have a great day. love, Jackie
I'm so grateful. Best ending speech ever. Maximize the present my friends. Don't wish it all away, one day and moment at a time. We GET to do this. We GET to be alive. 🥰

I thnk Im starting to connect with my back better....the super men really help to start for me. I know there is still room for improvement....I will keep CRUSHING IT!!!!!
As someone that has struggled with eating disorders and body dysmorphia, it can be really hard to find a safe workout space. So many trainers talk to you about weight loss, looking better, getting smaller, etc. I appreciate Sydney so much for never taking that road. Today she mentioned a lean aesthetic but quickly backtracked, “it’s not about that! It’s about being strong…” those moments are so crucial to my ability to stick with a program without treating it like a punishment. I’m so grateful for her body positive style of motivation.

You won't get this moment again. Words to live by. BE PRESENT. This was a challenge for me. I have such a difficult time with my left arm's strength. I keep trying for 20 pounds with it. I keep pushing. The 3 minute challenge in the end was Brutal! There is no way I'm going to fly through a workout and not give it my best. Like Jillian Michaels has said, " Your time is precious, is it not?" So don't waste time not giving it your all.
I really can’t believe I was able to add more weight to the dumbbells and finished the exercises, I have to be honest, I was settle myself with the same weights I use and I wasn’t feeling anything at all, but now I know I can do it, so glad to be part of this community, thank you Sydney 💪🏻
How do I not remember this workout!!! I am PUMPED UP!!!! This was tough and rewarding! I am so so grateful for my body AND ALL THAT IT CONTINUES TO DO!!!! So much gratitude for this Squad and our Dearest Sydney!
Ahh I started at 25lbs for the drop set and managed 3.5 reps! Yes, I am super excited about that. I am feeling SUPER proud of myself. Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone

I am grateful for my body!! Hey Sydney I know you put this out 1 year ago but just wanted to say here I am in March 2023 busting out your work outs! I am mother of 3 and trying to get my body back and want to change to become a better me! I absolutely love your workouts and your thoughts and perspective on life! I committed to doing every workout in this series and although I did miss some days I picked up where I left off right away and absolutely want to stay with it! SO THANK YOU ! for making your videos and helping women and mothers like me to get motivated and helping us with your love for working out and being healthy!!!
I'm so proud of what my body has done! This was hard for me today, not feeling my strongest but I went down in weights to keep the mind body connection as strong as I could. We did it team!!! We are overcoming so many obstacles together!!
Woke up in a funk. Did the workout despite how I felt. Proud of what I chose and accomplished and better yet her inspirational talk afterwards is exactly what I needed
WOW this workout was really something else sheesh! Feeling like a inflatable tube man at a car dealership lol. The quotes that struck out and will forever keep in mind, "change requires change" and "maximize your time in the present."

Sydney I LOVE your workouts!!! But the part I love the most is the dance at the end. You always put a smile on my face. I love starting my day working out with you 😊💪🏼💕
Loved this! My husband is recovering from having his ankle reconstructed and he was even able to do most of this workout with some slight modifications. So grateful to have him with me today, and grateful for the opportunity to do this with you all!
Sydney, girl, you surprised me with the bicep burnout at the end. Thank you for all your encouragement. I've been looking for a job for 18 months now and I need all the propping up I can get. Positivity begets positivity.
Arms are toast. Didn’t have the weights to do the drop set but I improvised 😊. Did you notice at the end of the workout Sydney had all her weights out 😊. She’s a beast

Did it again & pushed myself by going up to 25, it’s a big achievement as I could do couple of sets with them. Thanks Sydney as always making me challenge myself, crushed it in full power😊💪💪💪💪💪
Apparently I've done this workout before, don't remember but I can guarantee my body won't forget after today ~ I had the eye of the tiger today! LOVED this workout!!! 8/4/2021

Woke up with a sinus something today. Feeling pretty run down, but didn't want to miss today's workout. I probably didn't give 100% but I kept in the moment. Sydney was supportive in that today, which is what I needed. This rep. This rep. This rep. Just keep moving. Thanks Sydney! I am grateful for my body which gave me my son! I am grateful for this day, another morning with my little boy, with my husband, and with my coffee. I am grateful that I have Sydney every morning!!!
I love it!! The last circuit was intense and I love it! It’s important stay in the moment; don’t waste the opportunity to seize the day! Me and my mom crushed it!! Greetings from Team Brazil ❤️🤜🏼🤛🏼🔥💪🏼
Great workout today! I am feeling pumped up! Now it is time to fuel my body that I am so thankful for! I love my life and I am happy to be ALIVE today!
feeling so PUMPED after this work out!! I am HAPPY, HEALTHY AND STRONG!! thank you Sydney Dustin and everyone here I am GRATEFUL for my body and most importantly, ETERNALLY GRATEFUL for Sydney and Dustin!! Much love from down under Melbourne, Manting and Rex the inspector GSD
I loved Sydney's message about living in the moment. I needed that reminder to keep that mindset outside of my workouts. Strength workouts are some of my favorite because I love pushing my limits. My wrists must be weak though because they gave out halfway through that bicep hold and stretch out. I guess I need to work on my wrist and grip strength.
‘Failure is just a sign you’re pushing towards the best version of yourself.’ ☝🏾 Needed this one since this is my first time not cheating on drop sets. 🤣 Went from 20 - 5lbs. Can’t do a 25 yet.
My arms are on 🔥🔥 but def a good burn to start out my day!. Thank you Sydney for an amazing arm and back workout!. Everyone have a very blessed Wednesday ❤️🥰
Thank you Sydney, and love your end of video pep-talk, we all need the reminder to stay present, and remember the WHY of our lives, to be present, and love every moment and all that we can create, while appreciating all that it gifts us. Love you!
Does anyone else wonder what Sydney's closet looks like? She has so many cute outfits!
Omg, yes!
Follow her on like to know it
I am always wondering too, we have to ask her for a picture
❤bicep curls were OMG😮
My favorite from today was “change requires change”. Grateful for the day and my body making it through the workout!
I didn’t come in with the best mindset, but Sydney’s energy and simply getting started is enough to flip the switch into empowerment and positivity. I’m so grateful for this community 💗. Thank you to our beautiful trainer!
I felt like that yesterday. I started out ugh but by the end I was motivated and so impressed how i was able to do the flutter kicks lol you got this!
@@erinrose1016 I’m so proud of you for showing up on your “not so ideal” days too 💗 that’s what it’s about!

I am 52 years young today and stronger than ever. Thank you, Sydney!!!

I thnk Im starting to connect with my back better....the super men really help to start for me. I know there is still room for improvement....I will keep CRUSHING IT!!!!!
seeing sydney progress into using heavier weights gets me beaming!

“Don’t wish the day away”
Love this! Great workout and great way to start the day with gratitude!
grateful that I found your channel, great workouts!
I got a day behind, but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to say this was one of the best after workout talks ever!

My head wasn’t in the right place today! We all know those days 😄 but always with Sydney’s motivation and drive I crushed it!
"Maximise your time in the present, that's how you find out you are enjoying life" Working out is meditation, being mindful and self aware.
Finished it once again. Thank you for motivational speech at the end, I needed it🙏
Ahh I started at 25lbs for the drop set and managed 3.5 reps! Yes, I am super excited about that. I am feeling SUPER proud of myself. Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone
2nd time doing this one....definitely stronger and was able to bump up the weights throughout! Crush it everyone!

I did it. I am grateful for how strong I am getting with your workouts. Thank you for your motivating words, your encouragement.

I am grateful for my body and this day!!! I am super grateful for you Sydney.....words cannot express what you mean to me!
That workout flew by,,, I loved it. My back is definitely going to feel that one!!!! Thanks again Sydney ❤️💪🏼
So blessed to start my day with this energy and this beautiful human every single day ❤️ thank you 💪🏼 and see you tomorrow!
‘Failure is just a sign you’re pushing towards the best version of yourself.’
☝🏾 Needed this one since this is my first time not cheating on drop sets. 🤣 Went from 20 - 5lbs. Can’t do a 25 yet.
My arms are on 🔥🔥 but def a good burn to start out my day!. Thank you Sydney for an amazing arm and back workout!. Everyone have a very blessed Wednesday ❤️🥰
Love all works outs! I really like when you put the workout in the description. I like to prepare for what is to come
Thank you Sydney, and love your end of video pep-talk, we all need the reminder to stay present, and remember the WHY of our lives, to be present, and love every moment and all that we can create, while appreciating all that it gifts us. Love you!
