I am also newly disabled yet being forced to work (find it) and yet the only attorney I found who MAY be able willing to take my case but said it will take 2yrs minimum to get approved and obviously I cannot work because I am actually seriously disabled it will defeat my purpose. This time last year I was unable to walk. I could not walk for almost 5 months. I still have scars from eventually crawling on my hands and knees. That I will probably never be able to wear shorts or a dress showing my knees again, is the very, very least of my worries. I need legal help. I am being exploited. My identity as well as that of my children has been stolen and is being used now. When I tried to handle it on my own I was forced to prove that my babies are in fact my babies! How? I have NEVER even been to a court house and their dad didn’t sign their birth certificates. So?
