I'm coming from a Hindu perspective, where deities have a powerful chant called a 'sahasranam.' It typically consists of 1000 or 1008 names for the deity which describe their various characteristics and qualities. As above, so below. It makes sense that the dark entities would have many names as well. In addition, I am nearly certain that some of the 'Western' entities are the same as the Hindu/Buddhist/Sikh entities merely being called by a different name or possibly manifesting themselves differently depending on the peoples who worship them.
Absolutely. You especially find this in such traditions as the Greek, having lots of epithets for their various deities, and you also see it in the Germanic traditions, have a look for the various names given to Odin for instance.
I have very very recently started working with Asmodeus and I was about to open up my Asmoday/Asmodeus themed digital art piece I was working on as a gift for him at the exact moment this video posted, so I'm taking that as a sign lol.
I think all that really matters beyond mythology is that he is an aspect of oneself. There are many who can believe otherwise, but if he or any other goetia demon is speaking your language and no other, then expect he's an aspect of you.
He is Jewish. His name is the Hebrew Ashmedai. He was very righteous. Studied Torah all day on Earth and all night in Heaven. And he was righteous enough to build Solomon's temple. Hes my favorite demon.
@@leewjohnson i was speaking more in response to the specific part of the video when he couldn’t remember the specific word he was looking for. Denial was the word he was looking for
If betting is something you do on a regular basis, then build a relationship with him, then you can sit down chant his enn, feel his presence and talk about your needs. Same way you would do with any spirit.
I've been a little back and forth with my ideas regarding that over the past couple years. Some accounts suggest they were not allergic to iron, some say they were (which is why Mars and iron do not appear in the Geotia). I still think they are like or the same as Fae, different classes of Fae don't like iron, others aren't bothered by it, depends how broad we cast the net of "fae". I think the same applies to the Djinn.
I have worked with Asmodeus for around 4 years now. He is very helpful in almost all things and when he can’t help, he immediately summons other Daemons to help. To those he likes. I would NOT summon this Daemon if you are not experienced in this sort of work. At all. He is an angry and wrathful spirit who is also known as the “king of all Daemons”. He is not one to mess around with. Take care and know what you’re doing. Don’t summon Asmodeus, Asmoday, Asmodai (same spirit) without serious knowledge. Peace my friends.
Many entities, especially goetic demons and Hindu gods, are depicted mounting a certain animal...are these animals a part of them or a separate entity all together?
The imagery in the Goetia is probably part of the entity and the symbolism that they hold, and I would consider that to be different to how this is portrayed in Hinduism, after all the animals that the Gods mount and ride do often have their own names.

One way of looking at it, from one worldview, and I wouldn't disagree.

Kereza would be the act of ‘denial’
The word 'karezza' originates from the Italian word 'carezza' which means caress, so I wouldn;t translate it as denial.

Not really But Asmodeus Is Sort of familiar with Hindu pantheon i believe

what is the correspondence at 1:40
That bit went spikenard, deer tongue and agrimony. Is it one of those you were after?
@@leewjohnson all three of them
Interesting that spikenard is also part of Abramelin oil...
