Thank you so much Tracie, I really really love 💕 this technique, and you definitely won’t need to do this again for a very very long time. Stay safe and well too xxx Mags
Really love how these turned out Tracy, this is just fabulous even if it is a bit finicky, it is so worth it in the end, Thanks so much TFS Hugs and Smiles
Wonderful. I’ve been watching every video I could find on rusting items. This seems like maybe the best way to get the color needed. Of course if Andrea suggested it we know it’s tried and true.🥰. I empathize with your breathing..I, too, have asthma and it has been a rough two weeks...too much pollen. I love to have my doors and windows open but sometimes I pay for it. 🤣. Take care.
You’ve done it again my friend fantastic video and yes! I had to go and purchase some patina’s 🤫 Peters going to kill me when the visa a/c is revealed. I’ve also arranged an electrical revamp of my craft room.....heating lighting more power points. Better pull my head in sooon 🤣🤣 tfs love having you back ❤️🥰❤️
This is soooo cool.... went right over and ordered some stuff from Amazon...I have some silver eyelets I’d love to try! They’re a bit bigger than the normal ones and would love to use them more... so fun!
Imagining your sleeve wardrobe as only tubes of fabric you put on before filmimg😉 seriously I see some beautiful fabric! Great vid. How about putting in a few snips of fabric too.🐝🇨🇦✌️❤️🙏
LOL, I wear the clothes LOLOL Thats so funny thought, I will remember this next time I wasnt to film in my PJs...I will get a few sleeves sorted LOL xx Thanks for making me smile xx
I love that you did this video! I was searching on UA-cam and nothing came up. I was looking through my stash to see if I could replicate what you did and well, let’s just say I have some red and green paper clips lol
Hello! I would be interested to see the difference between these and the alcohol ink ones. Not heard of the patina before, and need to use what I have... 🙃
I had a dear friend who used to sneeze like little chipmunk too. I think it’s adorable.

I love the way those turned out. Hugs 🤗
I wanted to know how you achieved this patina and YOU DID IT!! Thanks.
Happy to help!
I wonder if the paint would take differently if you sanded the edges a bit beforehand.
I dont know but it is for metal so I guess not much, give it a try and let us know xx
Awesomeness! Does the ink come off on Your hands? TFS! Judyxx
Yes it does!
Could I borrow a paper clip!? This is awesome. Love u
I have a few lol x
Have you tried the Prima Rust and Prima Patina? They come with the 3 colors to the pack.
Nope, just these from Ranger that also come in 3s. Dont think I will need more for a while, xxx
Love this and can’t wait to try. Who is Andrea and what utube Chanel?
ARTYmaze on Yt huni x
Thank you
Does the rust come off if you rub it? Hmm I see it comes off with an Emery board so you control it.
If you bake it wont come off, or a heat tool too I guess x
@@TracieFoxCreative bake it? Good to know! Thanks!
So it's not perminent, right? Since you can file it off? I love the color!!
It says permanent but You would be able to file right! There is also the sealer if you wanted to be sure...x
@@TracieFoxCreative thank you🥰
Now, in your experience, do they stay colored, or does it wear off? And right away, you demonstrated that you have to work at it to remove paint!
It can be heat set x
Tracie Fox LoveJunk Journals thank you, Tracie. That will help me a lot!
Cool..
Hello! I would be interested to see the difference between these and the alcohol ink ones. Not heard of the patina before, and need to use what I have... 🙃
I did show the keys done in alcohol inks in the key dangle video xxx
Its called Altered Keys xxxx
Afternoon...I have many of the Ranger brand of alcohol inks...could those inks work as well?
I was doing this same think with alcohol inks before, but the bag is genius xx
I show this in my Altered key video xx
Have you found that the paint breaks away from the original metal? I imagine this happening over time. Anyone?
I dont use them much but they are fine so far x
