I've seen some video essays about edgar Wright, and I cant believe I havent seen any of his movies yet. I also cant believe how little subs you have, you're very underrated.
I revisit this video from time to time, it reminds me as to why I love Edgar Wright's writing. Like I knew what he does already but you put it into words and into a video flawlessly. Great job matey!
its really good video, i love Edgar Wright`s films, but i was surprised, when saw number of subs on this channel, i thought it will be like a couple millions or smth
Edgar Wright is the best filmmaker ever. That's an opinion, of course, but I think he's objectively brilliant. Of the five films you listed, I love all five, and two of them are among my favourite films of all time.
totally agree. he's one of a small percentage of filmmakers that use the medium to it's full creative capabilities, and definitely deserves more credit.
A lot of what he does is only possible because he is also a writer. A director who tries to mimic his style without a lot of planning and extreme brain storming sessions will fail before even beginning.
