What torques me off about most lawyers who talk about guns, is that they constantly talk about Federal and State Laws, but they never talk about Constitutional Law, which is Supreme Law and any law that violates the United States Constitution is Null and Void.
The Supreme Court said that any law that violates the United States Constitution is Null and Void.
Lawyers need to grow a Spine and band together and take on these UnConstitutional Laws.
What people don't understand is that Doctors are far more deadly than Guns ever will be.
Doctors are responsible for over 8 Billion People's Deaths since the 1960s, in the United States alone.
As a Journalist, I get these reports all the time. Wake up People, this Country is on the tipping point of not being the United States, but a totally different Country.

There is an army vet in my town who sold a gun to a guy who wasnt allowed one. The story is he went to buy it and the guy asked him if he is a felon to which he replied jokingly “ive been in 40 years” or something like that, i forget the quote. But long story short this 70 yr old man is going to die in prison and like 340 guns are being sold of his through family. I bought 2. A .17HMR and a .22 hornet. Both for $200 plus ammo and scope. Its sad. BUT. His legacy will live on bc im telling my kids and grandchildren this story when i hand these guns to them…..over my dead body ofc😅 i love rimfire. Just be careful. Anyone who calls marijuana and gun laws a liberal trap is quite stupid. Liberals are federally legalizing with a prescription, and will be classifying marijuana the same as alcohol as soon as they control congress.
Gun laws that trip people up are at the state level because feds don't go after people for this kind of thing so technicalities in federal law mean nothing unless you are doing something to get on the radar of the FBI which is not easy. It is the states that passed state statutes for things like marijuana so they can use any officer in the entire state against you. Red states are by far the worst about marijuana and overcharging.
I am getting my prescription the second the process biden started finishes up and marijuana is reclassified to be legal with a prescription. My red state will be powerless which is great. Screw trump and his anti-american globalism.

Also the fine is purposeful to cause people to become destitute and purposefully broke which still amounts to a cruel and unusual punishment.
Also, sending people to prison for not complying with their demands is an easy way for the Judicial system to garner some very serious enemies.

@@Newt94 I think it's a tricky issue, but the problem is that in a lot of states, protective orders are issued pretty much automatically, especially if the claimant is a woman and the alleged aggressor is a man. The standard is "preponderance of evidence", not "beyond reasonable doubt", and they are always itchy with that "trigger finger" to put the order in place because from their perspective, the risks of getting it wrong with a false negative (order was needed but not issued) are much worse than getting it wrong with a false positive (order was issued but not needed).

-If you end up on probation for something minor you can’t own anything they say you can’t and they expect you to “transfer” or “sell” said property.
-Any law they can impose on us even if we have absolutely no malicious intent whatsoever to misuse our property(guns), it’s all a control tactic is all it is based on mob rule by compliance squads that will kill you if you don’t comply.
That is how I view much of these problems.
They expect you to give up your right to self-defense if they demand you do even if your life could be at stake if you gave up your guns and they don’t care if you die because of them.

Two days later a Maryland state police officer showed up at my front door and told me I had to relinquish my firearms. I owed two pistols at the time and without warrant they searched my home and confiscated my firearms. I did not receive a receipt or any type of notification from them that said they were taking my weapons. I never got those weapons back. And from watching this video gun owners as well. So long as the attitude exists that you can deny rights to a person forever because you think they're a bad person based on something they may or may not have done in their past there will always be opportunity for government to find new ways to make prohibited persons. That's what the gca was for, it was gun control and a easy way was create felons then disarm them it ranges from 10-24% of state populations with Florida and Texas being the highest as prohibited persons. With numbers that high if these people were dangerous we'd be war zones.
At least Texas allows non violent felons to have firearms for self defense on their property five years after all time and probation is done. Feds can still charge them but state can't.

Great vid as usual. As gun carriers--and I hope all day, every day, 24/7--we've got to be a bit smarter than the average bear. Don't go out drinking even one drink while armed. Get a water. Drink at home and get as blitzed as you want. Don't mix rec pot with carrying. Don't get into a sit where you get a protective order thrown on you: if it's falling apart, let the other person go their way. Don't go to seedy parts of town (what's there, anyway!?!). Don't speed on the highway. Don't run stop signs. Don't fall prey to road rage--Jeepers, let the other guy get ahead and be the first one at the next red light! Don't show a firearm to try to de-escalate. Keep 'em away from kiddos. Be responsible and be an adult. I've used these rules every day since 1979 and it has worked for me so far. For the same reason, keep you property looking dilapidated (better yet, don't own property, rent a small apartment instead). Ride a bus. Don't wear new or nice clothes. Never visit a restaurant, just buy groceries, lest somebody thinks you have extra money to steal. Don't get a well-paying job, because that money will attract robbers/thieves. Don't date women, they are the ones with protective orders. Always run away from conflicts, because standing up for yourself leads to "escalation". Yep, just be a compliant little mouse/pushover/doormat, and let everyone else run your life. 😂😂
One exception: you can absolutely, positively get angry over a UA-cam comment. It's quite safe. Just don't express it as a threatening reply, or I might report you and you might get in trouble.
Do you see what I'm getting at, wise one? While there is some wisdom in your words, some things you simply can't avoid or evade in this life. • @AlexHernandez-ee5hd
      @AlexHernandez-ee5hd 7 місяців тому

You technically could sue them, it just hasn't been done before. You would have a case technically, you are being disarmed, thus the establishment is directly liable for anything that happens to you if they don't have security to protect you. But you would have to probably have such an event occur for a court to listen, because you would clearly have standing then. Otherwise, most courts won't listen to hypotheticals, but the law as written states that standing is gained either a) by an event occurring, or b) by the potential of an event occurring to you. Such as a law being passed, like the Trans laws in Tennessee for example. The laws would make being Trans in public illegal, so a) would effect anyone that is arrested for breaking the new law, but b) applies to all Trans people in the state, because there is the "potential" for them to be arrested.
Try to file a lawsuit, see what happens, I would honestly be very interested to see, because I do honestly agree with you.

Now NICS will needs to be changed to allow the purchase, but currently they can now legally purchase handguns.

Don't make NICS mandatory for private sales. Available, fine. But only way to enforce mandatory NICS is a 100% registry. After registry will come confiscation. Illinois is enacting a sweeping "Assault Weapon" registry and even before law goes into effect a state house rep was talking about legislation to use registry to confiscate those guns.

I had a stalker that was threatening me with violence and setting ambush in parking lots of stores i patron. After two police reports, the third incident happened right in front of my front door of my unit, and the guy came running out of his front door and was not visible to me because he was running behind my truck to get at me. I drew my 9 mm full-size MMP one in the chamber no safety out of a Blackhawk Serpa holster And pointed it at him and he retreated. He called the police and claimed that I drew my firearm and pointed it at him as he was standing in his doorway. So after I was cuffed up and ready to go to jail, I showed the arresting officers the video And I told them that they would’ve mag dumped on this guy and they agreed 100%. They also agreed that I showed self restraint by not squeezing the trigger. USCCA that I was a member of for several years did not answer my collect phone calls, and when they saw the video they did not take my case. The DA dropped the case but I still had to pay for an attorney out-of-pocket. Do you know what doesn’t make sense about the ATF’s dumb law about SBR’s? If you register a lower as an SBR it still doesn’t make it an SBR but they have it as such if you registered it.
You could have a SBR lower for the purpose of building a perfectly legal ar platform pistol which is not considered a SBR by the ATF’s definition.
You could even categorize gun parts by category and that doesn’t mean you have any intent to make an SBR, but they still think they have the power to manufacture people into criminals for intent based on parts alone even if you wanted to build an ar platform pistol not a SBR.
You see the flaws in these dumb laws are what I call obvious infringements for example you could have stocks for the sole purpose of building 16” rifles in a pile of parts in one category and ar platform pistol parts in another categorized pile, so do they just get to misconstrue criminal charges based on their own decision of parts and what they think a person wants to use it for?
I call complete bs on ATF’s logic on this one.
