Watching this makes me want to go have lunch with them and get to know them.... they amaze me that they have been together for so fawking long.... bravo, X!
agree the cutting edge was the greatest!!!! It is a crime Miles Copeland lets the IRS vaults sit wasted. Cutting edge should be on DVD. Did you notice that it was the Fleshtones playing in the background very quietly?
This was written 30 years ago but seems so relevant today. "both side are right both sides murdered I gave up why can't they". The were talking about the Cold war but I feel the same way about the "tea party' and the 'progressives" we certainly have "glitter - synthesizer - disco" "dog eat dog" world, conflagrations today and most of all it seems every day we are told stay positive and not think bad thoughts.
Love their music, great version of that song, better than the LP. But fuck. The more I see these people, especially now with UA-cam interviews, then and now in their late 50s, how pretentious they come off. Give me Phranc any day!
I remember seeing this when it was originally shown. I guess that's where "Burning House of Love" came from.
There is so much style and pure punkie heaven in this Caddy photo shoot. This band was sooo amazing.

I use this song as my alarm clock everyday.. Perfect, because it starts off soft, then louder.. But not too loud!
Bonebrake is the bomb...
jaw dropping !!!
7:51 *I* like Los Angeles! I'd give my right arm to have lived in L.A. from the mid-70's to the mid-80's.

It's better you should keep your right arm. L.A during that time is amazing in the rear view mirror. Not so amazing having lived there at the time.
