From what little they've spoken of him, he apparently had some sort of severe medical problems that forced him to take a leave of absence. Last they spoke of him, he was recovering from whatever it is and is planning to come back, but I think they said that before Wrestlemania.

Just use one of the older WWE titles, from memory Smackdown 5 (Here Comes The Pain) on PS2 worked pretty smoothly.

You know what would be cool with the whole What culture title thing? If you have a bunch of people at the company trying to fight for the title and what you do is you have all the contenders make their predictions for each Raw leading up to the PPV. ( Just have the predictions made on twitter or something right before the match started ) Than who ever makes the most correct predictions during that time gets to "fight" for the title. ( If theres a tie, it could be a triple threat match or whatever) Than him and the title holder makes their predictions for the PPV and who ever gets the most correct is the new champion. And than then contenders start all over on the next Raw.
