Another Perfect Super Bowl Food Item/For Frito Pie/Nachos/Chili Dogs/OLD SCHOOL BEEF CHILI

OLD SCHOOL VENISON CHILI
it's fall and winter time and also deer season coming up
So I love to make chili this time of the year
You can use beef if u like in this recipe
Recipe
1 pound large grind beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped bell pepper
8 oz chopped tomatoes
8 oz can rotel tomato
1/2 cup chili powder
1/3 cup paprika
4 cup beef stock or water
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauté onions and peppers until soft
Add seasoning and cook 5 minutes
Add meat and cook until brown
Add beef stock and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour
Thicken with roux if u desire a thicker chili
ENJOY WITH CORNBREAD OR CRACKERS

Good morning Chef look's delicious no beans in chili is a Texas thing's I'm from Florida and I alway's known to put beans in my chili everybody cook's different chili with out beans is for hot dogs or nachos only that's the way I was brought up everybody loves's my chili but to each it's own and have a blessed day

Top of the Morning Chef Jeffrey! I know you've been busy moving, etc., but I hope you'll continue your Chicken Fried Steak Road Trip. I visited San Antonio over the holidays and had an AMAZING chicken fried steak dinner at the restaurant inside the Embassy Suites San Antonio- Brooks Hotel. It was a thick steak and the crust stayed on and was delicious. I think you should try it (dinner menu only, I think.)
