Metronome and control :) You rush quite a bit and you are tensing up quite a bit, just a couple of tips. Sounds pretty good though, :)

you lead with your wrists a little bit too much use more forearm when you move around the drums. Work on your consistency between notes and your timing. Not bad tho, you seem new maybe a year or two?

oh yea keep your gear up to date i.e your sticks are chewed up man, get some new ones and make a vid then ;)
