You are the best!! LOVE your slow motion demonstrations!!
These were very accurate. I’m a scratch player, but I have lower back issues. I played today with near zero mobility in my hips, and lower back. I managed to get it around the course, but with a very steep, armsy swing. Hardly any hip turn. This gets the plane off of where I like to swing the club. I was having to hit 2 extra clubs today. The flight was just too spinny, and I could feel it being more like a glancing blow. The lack of distance made me shoot 81 today, and I haven’t shot in the 80’s in a long time. I sure missed not being able to use my hips, and approach the ball from the correct plane. Very important! Great video.
Great video, Christina! Thank you for sharing!
That was great! Especially #5. Will be working on that and plane next trip to the range. Thank you!
great tips!
Helpful, thanks!
Excellent...thank you
Hey that is the reverse of the Chicago song ..25 to 1. Not sure what they meant but I get what you are saying ..25 percent to 110 percent swing speed to find out my natural rhythm. I will try next time I am on the driving range to zero in on what is good for me. Was never conscious of this as I just swing without really thinking of the speed so it is a great nuance you have elucidated upon in your Bostonian dialect which is awesome!!! Thanks!!!
More great tips, thank you. What a beautiful golf course, where is it?

Christina, where were you. Out west obviously. GRAND CANYON AREA. LOVED THE BACKGROND. BOUGHT MY WIFE A NEW CLEVELAND LAUNCHER xl lite for Christmas. She's 80. They rate the club as very fotgiving but not the longest.
Mobility over 50 really is an issue, thanks for these tips
Excellent video! Employing the glutes( buttocks) trail against lead for the backswing and then lead against trail for the downswing throughout your golf swing keeps you in your golf posture at the point of center club impact to and though your ball. No chasing the ball ever again. This is ‘secret behind’ of the great Sam Snead Swing. Cheers 😃❤️👍⛳️🥂
Your explanation is as wonderful as your looking
Good tips. What a view behind you! Where's that?
Sedona Golf Resort!
I'm a big fan. You're a great teacher. Can you please say something á la Andy Samberg parodying Mark Wahlberg visiting a petting zoo in your next video?
Where in Sedona was this?
