For years there has been a lot of misinformation about the cam chain tensioner for the Honda CB360 and CL360 Scrambler series of motorcycles. While the 360's are a stout well built engine overall, the cam chain tensioner issues have given the CB360 and CL360 an exaggerated bad reputation. While there are some issues with the tensioner and guide assembly in the engine, they can be easily resolved and prevented. In this video we explain the details that we have been able to gather about the recall from years of work with the CB360 engines. Additionally we explain how to identify if you have a pre-recall engine and how to update it to post recall status.
