Boldly Spiced Old Fashioned - Whisky Cocktail by Paul John Indian Single Malt
We are going to start with Paul John Single Malt BOLD, and this one is peated and smoky. It will just knock your socks off! But when it combines with some of the flavours we'are using here, you know that you're going to love it. Let's do this.

Glass: Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
60 ml Paul John Bold
5-6 Cloves
1 Bar Spoon Orange Marmalade
1 Sprig Thyme
1 Wedge Orange
Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Thyme and orange peel
Method:
• Lightly muddle the cloves and then the orange marmalade in the old fashioned glass
• Add a sprig of thyme
• Add Bold and stir till properly mixed
• Fill glass with ice cubes and stir to mellow
• Squeeze and add the orange wedge
• Add a dash of Angostura Bitters
• Top with more ice
• Garnish with torched thyme and orange peel
