This clip does not answer how to prevent dementia. What is the answer?
That his true when I was younger I believe was bad at remembering names but as I got older I impoliment small habits like just repeating the names multiple times and now the problem is mostly fixed
so how so we prevent dementia...? my fiance's father is a doctor, and has been for about 35 years, and he says to always eat enough FAT, mainly animal fat and by doing so, it somehow cushions our brain and protects it from all types if diseases, especially ones common with the aging process such as demntia and later on, alzheimer's disease.
