I thought so, too. Until I realised that all of my mails going out to any Office/ Microsoft accounts land in spam, regardless of what I do. An issue that has been around for roughly 7 years apparently, from the angry forum posts I found and no solution in sight since then. Which is why I am back in the depths of UA-cam, trying to find an alternative... For private use, Zoho may be fine but if you want to run a business, this is a deal breaker.
