It's Too Cold To Feed Horses | Building a Hay Feeder

Back in the shop, this time to build a DIY horse hay feeder. Lindsay has a horse that doesn't play nice with another one and hauling small square bales to two pens was getting old. We based our plans off of a neighbors design and are building a 5 x 8 x 8 covered hay feeder.
In part 1 we get the plan in motion by building and securing the frame, adding joists, tin and floorboards.
