Hey. Just wanted to drop a major thank you for this tip! I just did it on my Super T-10 swap in my 78 pickup and it worked perfectly. The pedal/master, bellhousing, clutch fork and slave cyl cost the same in total as what they want just for the factory style pedals and linkage. Saved me huge!
This is awesome however i think i did it cheaper with an astrovan brake pedal bracket and the 50 dollar master from autozone but i really like your set up
This looks like the way to go converting automatic/mechanical manual trans to hydraulic clutch trans. I understand that it is very important to have rod length and angle correct so release clutch bearing does not wear out in a short period. I guess some vehicles may be more of a challenge to find room for clutch pedal, but if vehicle originally had a mechanical clutch the room should be there where minimum modifications. Any thoughts on installing a NV3500 five speed into 1985 Chevy van two wheel drive?
Glad it helped. I was using the gm slave when it had the 6.2 diesel in it, swapped to cummins and used its slave without any issues. Just knocked out rolled pin and installed the adapter for an3
@@jankosgarage Have you hooked up your transmission yet? I did this same swap and am using a ram hydraulic throw-out bearing and for some reason when pushing the clutch pedal down, my clutch isn't releasing all the way? Any tips?
@@willhinman8978 yes, works fine for me all summer. I did have to adjust the pushrod on mine so the pedal has more stroke before hitting the floor. I guess a fix would be to extended the bracket off the firewall, but you get use to it.
This man is the shit he helped us out when his wife is in labor 😂

I believe the astroa did come with a stick, although super rare
What’s the part number for this kit?
Thanks for sharing! What slave cylinder are you using with this setup?

Doing mine right now looking at all my options right now. Still Recommend?
Yes been working great since I posted this video without any issues.
Think this would fit on one with a brake booster next to it? Or a smaller master from them maybe
It would be a tight fit
@jankosgarage I'm gonna risk it and see. Worse case I can return it
@@jankosgarage just to update, the same pedal and small reservoir they offer fit perfect!
@@phillipa7595 nice!
Hey I’m curious if you know, will the factory 99 cummins master bolt up to this pedal assembly??
No
Is the pedal assembly bolted by the bolts that hold the master cylinder as well?
Yes
Do you have a part number or link for that kit?
Part # 9109215

@@jankosgarage how did you adjust the pushrod? Just not screw the all thread from the master into the pedal as far?
