The red will look amazing on you! I think you should get a angled Bob cut when you chop it , your face is shaped similar to mine and that cut looks really good on our face shape. Currently my hair is a dark purple/ burgundy and is cut into a long angled Bob it really is the best style for my fine/ thin hair and the color suits me the best out of all the colors I have tried and it's easy to maintain, when it fades it goes to a red shade that still looks nice so I can go longer between dying and it helps my hair to recover better.
