It’s going on 3 yrs for me and the best part for me is I have a few different locations I can go to that are close to me and some have different equipment. When I need a change of Scenery I keep switching up. LOL
When I did legs I literally couldn’t walk without pain for almost a week! 🤦🏽♀️😂
