Cambodia has come along way since its violence past. My first returned trip from the U S was in 1995 when the country was officially open it to the world. I was able to locate my sole surviving sister who still currently lives in Phnom Penh. I was in my senior year of my high school in Phnom Penh when Pol Pot forces took over the country in 1975. Most of my family members did not survive the horrific genocide there. Only memory lives on. Thanks for sharing your hometown. Peace ✌️
Hey Patrick, love the video! Thanks for taking us to your memory lanes. What kind of feelings or memories come up when you think about your own childhood homes and places you grew up?

Nice and charming city indeed How long were you away from Cambodia.? You can't forget Cambodia people leave but they come back... Im from France but i can't stay away for long Orkun Cheers
Be careful everywhere you go in Cambodia, There are a ghost who stay and protect the location, and sometimes you might be heard the noise came from nowhere, for more information you can try to ask your wife about it patrick
wheres that guy girlfriend or wife? he looks lonely. give my advice to him. if he want a wife long last relationship. get a girl that has the same mind set as him. the rule of couples is neevr take anyone whos complete different from your mind set. because they never get along. everyone in this world have theyre soul mate but the problem is where to find them. they can be anywhere on the globe.
excuse me i didnt explain it clearly so. when i say the same mind set i mean all. she like what he like the same attitude like he is. then they wont break a part. she will stick on him like white on rice to the end of days. because if you have different mind set and opinion yeah. she going to mess his life up. this is why most couple never last long. because people dont think. they just gose for anyone they see they like but not what theyre mind set want. to put it simply most young people just want to play around. never any real relationship. just easy come easy go
Great video man! Getting back there soon, I would love to make some videos with you in the country side!
@Travelwithchris of course brother, I got a car let's go! Message me on i.g

$2500 is the Barang price, with the current rental market most i'd think one could rent for is $500
Agreed. It's the price when they know he has thousands of UA-cam subscribers 😋👌

Patrick, did you save the animal inside the well?
Could you imagine the mayhem if grenades were readily available in the US instead of guns?
Pipe bombs are super easy to make hehe
Good drinking water up there...

Yes, he said so
Is that a rental dirt bike?
A question out of the blue! Are people allowed to visit the grave of Pol Pot? Good or bad idea?
Yes they are, its a tourist (Dark Tourism) attraction - you can find the cremation north near the boarder with Thailand
@@CamboVlogs Cool man, thanks!
bald and bankrupt (travel vlogger) visited it or at least tried to in one of his recent videos.
Khmer Rouge still there. It just they dressed in suits and ties now and working in offices. 😂
Is this house up for rent?
Sad that youn Sok Kong destroyed Bokor
So, the owner wants $2500 rent for that scary looking old, abandoned house is a joke!!
