Thanks Maria for sharing! As dailys are many times done remotely, I would like to know how to if you have tips to avoid distractions (as people may be sitted and we can't let the phone in a box)
Hey Nuno, that's a good comment, the video requires an update for the remote Daily! I was thinking to make it and kept forgetting. Will let you know when it's ready!
Hey, there is some value to it - you might want to highlight and celebrate with the team what has been accomplished so far, etc. i don't think it makes sense to talk about everything you did, just the highlights that are important for the team objectives! :)
I think it can make sense, because you can decrease the amount of additional meetings later in the day. However, I would recommend doing it only after the Daily Scrum is finished explicitly and make it optional: e.g. "So the Daily is over. Can this and this person stay to talk about..." If they don`t say that you can ask "Are we all needed to talk about it or can some of us leave?"
Very clear and well explained process! Love it!
She makes it’s so easy . Thank you

What is the value of talking about already done work (what I did yesterday) in stand ups?

This is exactly how scrums should be !
Hey, thank you so much for the information. What do you think about the endless "by the waaaaaaay, we are here let's talk about this"?

Maria cannot stand still!

That's why for work I choose to sit down! ;-)

Your personality is griping
Thank you, Claudia!
less body expression and camera movement would definitly help with focusing on the core aspect which is knowledge
Thanks for feedback! A year has passed since this video, would love to hear your feedback from a newer one! :)
@@AgileStateofMind Thanks María.
It's a poor excuse to hire useless scrum masters that don't add any value.
Did you try hiring productive and efficient Scrum Masters?
