Chris is quickly becoming my favorite.
I've had to ride several struggle buses over the years. I understand the look on his face.
That’s what we did in grade 2 picking favourites
Don’t pick favorites. Big Swede is a sensitive boy. 😢
He's a keeper
Brodie hands down
Why is the top comment always about Chris 😭😭 he'll start thinking he's over everything and start picking on the other ones 😉😉 lol
I think Chet, Erik, Brody and Chris make a good team. No single one is the best but their skills and knowledge together make it work 😊
Chris is such a great addition to the team. They all have such a fantastic sense of humor. This channel is the best.
Chris is definitely a keeper his sense of humor is great!!!
Even the South Dakota State jackrabbits would be disappointed with this Peterbilt snafu. Huh, Big Swede? This is like watching a Minnesota firefighting hose drill with Chet and Brodie... love it!
Please keep Chris permanently somehow. The guy is an awesome add to the team.
Chris is quite the addition to the crew! Like him more and more with each episode. He is settling in to his own on the channel. I was bummed the video was nearing the end when he said "I want to get in on this!" about the two mechanics converging on one job, ha!
Same, so disappointed the video ended.
Chris giving the truck cpr 😂😂
Warren of Western truck and tractor repair had the same thing with a pacar, he figured it out in his last video how to get the air out of the system.
Warren over at Western Truck & Tractor just released a vid on this. Caused him no end of grief. Cleared it in the end with a can of ether and cranking like hell.
Watch western truck and tractor. He showed how to get the airlock out.he fought it for 4 days before he talked to a buddy and found out a simple way to do it.
You have a great laugh. Please, look at your Dad's face throughout the episode.
You would be smart making Chris permanent. He is a good hand
Hands down cleanest farmers on UA-cam
Nah, that award goes to Wes Pandy….
Hardy har har…😏
Struggle bus was real with those filters
Come on! What’s wrong with the combine? Did they fix the Pete? Leaving us hanging! Chris is getting more comfortable and it’s fun to see
Cliff hanger, Larson Farms style..... 😮
I think Chris is fantastic on camera and a great addition to the farm. Seems he is a little shy, I don't blame him - closing in on 500K. But man! Chris you have a sly sense of humor and a ton of knowledge. Chet, you see this so keep working him 🙂 I really appreciate being with you all day after day. Thanks Chris, Chet, TBS, BRODY!, and Dr. Dougo. What a great channel. TV sucks, you guys do not.
Chet you need to convince Dougo to build you a new shop with your crane you want and a tire shop! Lol
Glad to see Chris is getting more comfortable around the camera hopefully there's a way to keep Chris permanently as an employee
The Dream Team is increasing!
Dougo is still in pain.(😢I hope he is able to get relief soon!)
ThE StRuGgLe 🚌 BuS
Is Real!!
It takes all The Larson Boys to tear the project up and
To clean it up!!
🤓GREAT MINDS REALLY DO THINK ALIKE &
CHET-THE APPLE-🍎🍏- Doesn’t fall far from the tree!! The knowledge has been passed down through many generations and I Hope it will continue for many more!!!
Sometime maybe could you go back, as far as you have knowledge of or that grandpa and grandmaw knows and share the oral history of Larson Farms & any photos that might still be available. Do you have any of these photos prominently displayed in your office area or meeting room where you meet with salesman, clients, or just to eat a great bowl of soup!!!
Sending special blessings to everyone @LarsonFamilyFarm.
Glad Chris is on camera a little more. Solid guy. Enjoy his humor. I still enjoy the Big Swede and Brody. 😂😂 Great content. Happy New Year
Chet, it's been said many times and it needs to be said many more, that this is the BEST farm channel on UA-cam!
People are here for the quality of the content, not because of a pretty smile like a few other fast-growing channels.
Chris is giving CPR !!
13 minutes wasn’t long enough we need one hour videos Chet 😂
If lightening strikes it will end all f Larson Farms. 😁 Some projects just eat up up. God Bless.
It’s like a state road job,4 guys watching , 1 working !!!
This was fun.. Chris fits right in!
There is a trick to getting fuel.
Put a really small amount of air pressure into the fuel tank then crack the lid on the filter. Used to work in a truck facility on brand new c15 cats. They were the most pain. New factory pulls a vacuum on the quick connect to get fuel up top in them.
The repair shop we made a special cap that could apply shop air to the tank with a pressure vent so we didn’t blow the tank up.
Not gonna lie power washing videos are. Very satisfying you should do a full length video!
Chet, your channel has absolutely smoked all the other farm channels. Consistent and entertaining!!!!!
For that paccar, if you take a glad hand seal and put a rubber hose in the middle, and then take an air gun pointing away from the seal, you can put the seal on the filter where the cap goes and blow air and it will create a venturi and pull fuel into the filter. Paccar is known to have issues with the filters because they dont have an electric fuel pump in the system. Once once you get the first filter full you need someone to pump the primer while cranking it until it starts
Take the fuel cap off. Put an air hose in there. Cover it as much as you can and turn the air on.
I’m not sure if y’all have tried this before but when we get tractors air locked we will turn the regulator on our air compressor to about 50psi then take the supply line loose to the injection pump, pull the fuel cap and stuff a bunch of rags around the fuel neck. Then stick an air nossle through the rags and pressurize the tanks. It will force all the trapped air out of the filters and through the hand primer to the pump. Once you get good flow tighten the line back up and have someone crank it while you pressurize the tank. It’s never not worked for us. Not sure if you’ll see this since I’m two days behind this video coming out but it may help someone else. I agree with Chris, nothing more frustrating than stuff like that lol
You guys have brought UA-cam to a new level! Remember tomorrow is another day. I wish you all the best.🚜
We have worn heavy duty rain coats ( ankle length) on backwards to stay dry using pressure washers
I know I keep saying it but it’s true. Chris is a great addition to the crew Chet. He’s got a good sense of humor and is a very knowledgeable guy. Cool video. 👍❤️
When Chris started doing CPR (chest compressions) on the engine, I was laughing so hard I could hardly breathe.
If you go to western truck and tractor, he has a live video called( know it all viewer's), and at the 2:30 part of the video he tells you how to bleed that paccar engine. G-d bless.
Going to wear out the starter on the jjjunnnk!😅😅
And Mitch joins the TEAM…..
Thanks for another great video Chet. It was most interesting.
The struggle bus has hit the Peterbuilt truck. Does not want to start. Chris has tried a lot of things but no success.
The mechanics are here now so see what they come up with.
Please let know what is wrong with it. Thanks.
Chris has become a great addition to the staff. Hopefully he can stay on with the others. They all make a great team!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My compliments to Brody and Chet for the way they cleaned up that John Deere tractor. Looks real good when they got done with it. Nice work guys.
Unusual nice weather for this time of year. Hopefully it will hold out for a while.
Thanks for everything Chet. You all take care and be safe. B
The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
The belch at 2:15 is awesome😂
My guess, it was the Big Swede. 😁
There is a bleeder screw above the filter mounted on the engine. Follow the lines, it looks like a brake bleeder, loosen it and pump tell diesel comes out. Then close and keep pumping while you crank
Paccar is junk.
Go Jacks!!!
Tudo bom tudo joia tá bom demais viu o vídeo tá
Larsen Farms is far and away the best Farming Chanel on UA-cam. I started out with Zack , the Mil. Farmer and he does a nice job and adds a lot of humor but the problem I have is he is constantly trying to sell something and his self promoting gets old real quick. These guys are so good and so down to earth that they have become a must watch for anyone interested at all in farming or the farming way of life. There is no way that they should not have at least 2M subscribers.
ha ! flux capacitor jokes never get old...
Hey Chris? We have the same Haircut 😂😂😂😂 I'll be 64 this month. The Beatles wrote me a Song 🎵 🎶 ❤️
Larson Farms, never a dull moment. Happy New Year, Fella's 😂😂🎉🎉❤❤
Need to take the air cleaner element out ,just use contact cleaner or brake cleaner, while you pump the primer and crank the motor, we have a truck with a similar issue 👍
Chris, it's not about getting knocked down. It's about, Getting Back UP!
THIS IS SPARTA!
You won't do that again. Lesson Learn 😂
You need to make a pond in one of those old pigpen building's basement and soke the tractors.
Or an ice skating rink
Chris is really a plus for the channel, keep up the good work
you guys are always getting into something but you always find your way out of it in shining colors and have fun doing it be safe god bless
Pressurizing the fuel tank could save you that service call. Some shop air or a leaf blower. Don’t go hooking on the cheetah blaster though 😂.
The reason the fire hose works so well is because its about gpm being more effective than psi.
Hey guys use starting fluid .
Nice wash bay
Try putting air pressure infield tankard pressurising system to front
Chris fits right in. I hope there's fuel in the tank
Magnifique vidéo et le tracteur et camion et bien 😂😮😅😊
Had that happen with a Western Star with a Mercedes engine in it, changed all the fuel filters including that water separator filter, after two days of pumping and cranking and a bunch of ether we ended up airing it up drug it out of the shop, put it in 6th gear it went about 200 feet and started.
Great uploads thanx for the entertainment. In my youth I considered becoming a farmer but I opted for a Mortician instead.
Get a wet kit for a truck or put a gas motor / hyd power unit for low boy
I just put an in-line fuel pump in. Plug it in when I need to prime the system
Put a vacuum hand pump on the bleeder screw with a brake bleeder bottle and pull the air out and she'll for right up
Chris takes his job serious. He would be an asset to your family's operation. You could learn from him. Just listen and watch him.
The berp at 2:15 is money 😂
2:14 well brought up
Great video!!
Western truck and tractor ! He has videos on a pacer junk! Just a week ago
Chris needs a hug!
So sorry that you are having all of these problems, but I have to admit, watching you all work so hard is entertaining. Haven't had problems like this, but can totally relate. Good luck.
Chris is a funny guy he’s definitely a keeper
Rain gear works very well when doing the cleaning. That’s what we used to wear when cleaning pea combines in Washington.
Can you get some air in the fuel tanks when you prime .works well on a 60 series detroit. be carefull how much presure tough.
Pressurize the fuel tank and push the fuel to the injectors.
They make a fuel primer system however if you don't have one you can block off the breathers for the fuel tanks run air compressor through a regulator at no more than 1 psi and pressurize the fuel tanks that will Prime the fuel system
We've changed both of them at the same time and pressured up the system. Fired right up!!!!
Take fuel cap off stick air hose in and build pressure up And fuel tank.
I ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO CHET AAND DOUGO 😊
Looks like you guys are having fun
You guys need to get acquainted with 'ol peggin leggin over at zip ties and bias plies, john deere ether is by far the best cosby sauce, followed by p auto. Give that paccar all the cosby sauce and all the redline!!
A lift pump would help getting fuel to the filters while the bleeder screw is loose to release air, like ThatmustangGuy7 mentioned.
Check the solenoid for continuity shutoff to see if is working
Have fun on the fuel filter on packer engine
Don't bother with the hand primer on the MX engine. The factory spec is over 300 pumps to fully prime the system. Use a transfer pump on the bleeder screw until you get fuel coming out. You can change both filters at the same time without running it in between, just don't take both out at the same time. You just have to do it quickly and make sure to fill the bowls completely and 99% of the time you won't have an issue. ( coming from a 7 year KW tech )
I was thinking that put pressure to the fuel tank with the air blower and a shop rag would push fuel threw system. I used to do it to cat when my check valve was junk. Would fire right up
@marcusmiller5033 yea that's an old school trick that can work. I just started using a hand transfer pump or you can use a vacuum brake bleeder. Makes it real easy especially on the Isuzu diesels
When That Mustang Guy 7 Talks (comments), people Listen & Like! 😂LOL 😂
You have a good team Chet
Awesome video guys. 🚜🚜🚜
Priming fuel filters is a pain in the A-- I hope your Pete is purring like a kitten. Great video guys! 👍👍
Happy new years to everyone😊
I really enjoy the videos. Love the addition of Chris too.
looked like you guys were doing chest compression's on the truck! lol
Western truck and tractor repair has just finished work on a packard had a lot of problems with fuel flow you might get in touch with him I believe his name is Warren he is on you tube
Western truck and tractor has some good stuff on paccars… he doesn’t love them lol
use cold start fluid (ether) its the only way and quick or theres a setting in the software (laptop) for primeing the system of air first
Awesome Job keep up the Great Work !!!!
Love it
I love the wash/shop time videos!
Push air in thru fuel tank and try starting trk this will pull the air out of system quicker
great video
