How To Take Notes Like A Project Engineer

📝 As a Project Engineer, I must be on top of my notes for any meeting I attend. Throughout my career, I have grown a lot in this skill, and I wanted to share a bit of what I've learnt to help others build this skill.
🚨I am not an expert! So please do let me know if you have any advice for me!

Thank you for your insides into note taking.
Maybe one idea for the action log:
- an additional column for "Last Change" (date) for a quicker way to filter new additions
As for the distribution of the log: Perhaps provide both an excel (for convenience) and a pdf (for documentation).
I found having a fixed version of MoM/action logs can be a real saviour in the long run (and for vacation substitutes)
