材料:
清水 - 240毫升
幼糖 - 100克
自发面粉 - 250克
玉米油 - 50毫升
发粉(泡打粉) - 1茶匙
食用色素(黄色) - 适量
做法:
1) 除了食用色素以外, 所有材料混合均匀至顺滑面糊。
2) 加入适量黄色食用色素, 搅拌均匀。
3) 把面糊倒入量杯内。
4) 准备几个发糕模(视频我用蛋挞模), 把纸杯垫在模具里。
5) 把面糊倒入纸杯至9分满。
6) 水滚后, 放入蒸锅内, 大火蒸20分钟。记得一定一定要大火, 否则发糕很难发起来。

[Huat Kueh Recipe]
Ingredients:
Water - 240ml
Caster sugar - 100g
Self raising flour - 250g
Corn oil - 50ml
Baking powder - 1tsp
Food colouring (yellow) - few drops
Method:
1) Stir & mix all ingredients except food colouring into a smooth batter.
2) Add some yellow food colouring into the batter & mix well.
3) Pour the batter into a measuring cup.
4) Prepare few huat kueh mould (I use egg tart mould in video), place in a paper cup.
5) Pour the batter into paper cup with 90% full.
6) Once water boils, transfer them to steamer & steam over HIGH HEAT for 20 minutes. Remember HIGH HEAT is a MUST, else huat kueh can't bloom nicely.
