THE most beautiful voice. John Wetton RIP. Eddie Jobson is the most brilliant keyboardist ever in my opinion. Alex Machacek: incredible. Marco Minnermann: equally incredible. I cant get enough of UK and never will. Been playing 50 years and going strong myself. These are my gods.

My all time favorite UK song. John Wetton sounded perfect right up to the very end of his life. A shining star in progressive rock music. Minneman does a great Bruford. Alex Machacek also channeling the impossible guitar of Holdsworth. And Jobson is right on point. This is an EXCELLENT VIDEO. Thank you so much for posting. It gave me goosebumps.

He starts by saying the song was too difficult, then proceeds to knock it clear out of the park. The drummer covering for Bruford and the guitarist for Holdsworth played just phenomenally. Bravo my kind gentleman, bravo. The intro for me was a tribute to the late Allan Holdsworth. What a guy he was. What a guy.....

This little hidden gem never ever got played live at all by the original UK lineup and it's really nice to see this track finally get performed on stage. Jobson and Wetton sound fantastic as always while Marco Minnemann and Alex Machacek do an outstanding job playing the parts of Bruford and Holdsworth but still sounding like themselves. Great performance!

Marco & Alex do an amazing reproduction of the sound feel & music with the amazing singing bass playing by the late Mr Wetton and above all that the Maestro Mr.Jobson the wizard.

This a superb composition by A. Holdsworth. Jobson's arrangement and keyboard parts are phenomenal, the ending is transcendental, The guitar captures the Holdsworth spirit, Wetton's voice is sensational and Minneman does an excellent job at the drumkit.

I remember long long ago learning the drum beat at 2:33 by Bruford. It was such a cool snappy thing to play with the snare, high hat and bass beats so packed together in a cool way that only Bruford could create. It became one of the beats I played for years after. Just felt so fun to do. There were other Bruford beats and fills that I leaned off the UK album. It was my favorite Bruford material. That and UK, and his solo stuff. The Yes stuff, good, but just doesn't compare to this. Bruford really spreads his wings and flies on this stuff. This drummer, Marco Minnermann, did a great job of playing Bruford's material. His snare tune sounds pretty much spot on.

When this composition was recorded on the first U.K. album, the Yamaha CS80 synthesizer was newly available. This work is an excellent demonstration of the capabilities of an exceptional instrument used by an extraordinary operator, For that era I think the only comparable synth soloist was Jan Hammer. The CS80 was also used by Manfred Mann on their version of 'Blinded By The Light'. In this particular version of "Nevermore' I am impressed with the ability to recreate the vintage analog sound in this stage setup. Also the title of the song goes along with an old joke of an unappreciative spectator requesting the band to play "Far, Far Away" .

Epic! I had no idea Marco Minneman played with Jobson & Wetton. I saw UK on their first tour in the 70's, this is so strong and beautifully performed! John Wettons voice is just superb. Hard to believe he is gone & of course Alan Holdsworth from the original band. Really enjoyed this, thanks for posting!

You have progressive rock....then you have SCI- FI progressive rock!! I always thought the first UK album sounded very SCI-Fi..... futuristic space adventure!
