Hi Petar, nice deep review of the pedal. Really looking into the the Amber Spyglass and the Aesahaettr. On Truck Driver Shawn's top 10 overdrive video you mentioned you would have considered the Aesahaettr instead of the Spyglass. Could you explain why? I am looking to boost my Mini Rectifier when I am not using my Headrush pedalboard. Thanks and keep up the good reviews
Hi! Thanks man :) Well, Aesahaettr is more powerful clean boost, meaning it can tighten up and boost more your amp. For more modern tones I’d reach for it, rather for Amber. To me Amber is more versatile, but I think of it as a pedal that can fix or balance out your guitar tone or amp sound. How I would go is put Amber first, adjust tone of guitar, then use Aesahaettr to push amp into tight breakup. Hope that makes sense. Although, Amber could also work well for mini Rect if you cut lows and boost high mids, while adding more volume as a boost. Depends how much you’d like to have control over frequencies boosted or cut.

@@NicoMCH666 I would do it like that, as I have good pickups on my guitars. If you have muddy pickups, then you can stack Amber and Aesa front of amp. I personally really love Amber in FX loop, but works great front of amp as well. Depends on what you want to achieve.
