Actually, they came with AWD/4WD also for the Standard Range models, though I believe they slimmed down on that, because most people wanting AWD/4WD, also opted for the Long Range.

These are NOT alternatives. If we compare apples to apples in terms of trim and price, all the mentioned cars are inferior to the Model Y, and their basic trims cost about the same as the Model Y. To match the performance of the Model Y, you need to opt for the highest trim, which is closer in price to the Model X. Not to mention having to deal with a dealership and wasting time negotiating the price -- I'm sick of it.
