I love how the author brought back Zara(Zora's dad) into relevance. Normally these type of characters are one-and-done and just used as motivation and backstory for Zora. Yet, now we know he's the one who showed Julius his purpose, his legacy became ever more impactful.
The third hokage was the worst he failed to stop his own pupil. And he allowed the villagers to pick on naruto. Plus he allowed the uchiha clan to be exterminated.

As far as I remember about that scene, Noelle is being nice to a commoner girl who had gotten lost at the Star Festival, and she also loudly proclaims to on-lookers that everyone is allowed to be there and have fun. The point is, of course, the same; equality between nobles and commoners.
I know that's what happened when the capital was invaded, but the panel used in the video is not a panel of that. It's a panel of Noelle declaring that everyone should be free to enjoy the Star Festival, even commoners.
Since you used the Naruto reference, Patri vs. Julius seemed very similar to Deidara vs. Gaara in Naruto Shippuden. Deidara tried to blow up sunagakure just like how Patri used Arrows of Judgement on the Clover kingdom commoners, and of course they were saved by Gaara where he uses Sand Shield and Julius who uses Crono Anastasis, respectively

As soon as she sensed that the demons reincarnation magic was almost complete she released the seal on Licht's wife who gave birth to twins instead of a single child. The twins were Asta and Yuno. It is believed that Licht's wife used wind magic and Yuno inherited her magic type while Asta inherited the original Licht's grimoire due to the fact Licht could use ancient magic and ended up doing so it gave Asta the rare mutation in which he had no mana and was able to wield the antimagic that the demon in his grimoire possessed. The way the demon got into the grimoire was he took advantage of the darkness in Licht and saw his grimoire was being destroyed and inhabited it seeing as his grimoires magic was deteriorating. Thus creating a devil grimoire that has a unique and ancient magic. Yuno and Asta both were blessed by Mana even if Asta has none.
