Funny ahahaha😂. I got a meat slicer but id like to use a fatty cut of beef to make a carpaccio
Hey! Nice to have you here! Funny? Why? It is just the pepper pot that hates me 😍😂 Personally I find that a meat slicer doesn't give the same result, try to do it by hand! A lot of time but the texture a knife can bring to your meat is very unique, the tiny little crevasses help the limon juice and the olive oil to stay in its place on the plate, and try also the meat with very little fat between the meat, the cut I used is my favorite, but you can adjust the fattiness of the meat to your favorite too. The thing here is to try new things to reach your taste. 🙌🏻🔥
