Queenslanders wake early to exercise before it heats up. As Victorians we noticed this, as southerners tend to exercise after work rather than get out at the coldest part of the day.
Australians took, "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise," too seriously.
It's too hot if you don't run early
We have incredible nature, fresh air, birdsong and a safe healthy outdoors, why sleep in?
Dude, half the day is done by 9am... you can go for a run, a surf. Breakfast. Do your washing, dishes, and housework. Yoga. Before work.
The early hours of the day are the best time. For me a sleep in is 7.
Sunrise over the water is not to be missed💕
In summer it's a lot earlier wake up time than 5am. That's a late start for a lot. Esp up in Qld
Best part of the day
Love the Dawnys for a surf. Jesus loves you brother
I have always woken 4-5am. You get things done and can relax at the end of the day
Depends where. But QLD this is gonna be a norm, as the weather compels you to enjoy the day!
Where are you actually from?
