The first time entering Star Citizen, you should wait a few as the shaders are usually still loading, once loaded it runs a bit smoother. It's very important to install Star Citizen on an SSD (solid-state drive) and not on an HDD (Hard Disk Drive) as HDD doesn't load the data fast enough.
This "game" is a work in progress ! hence not optimised at all . The vision this "game" will become is awesome :).I would stick with it though :) Check some other content for settings there are alot out there ...safe flying:)

OH no...I got a new PC for this the very next day LOL. I'm loving it since the new PC too btw.
High settings its gpu intensive
It’s not the game it’s your pc. Prolly should play the tutorial or look up some info before you just change all the settings too.
