The only noticeable difference is better bloom effects which would mean the aura around light sources is more prominent; which is in a way aesthetically pleasing. Dynamic shadows in front of headlights were finally included. There's no mod for real-time reflections on glass probably because the game doesn't support it; though you can include it in future mods. Increased depth of field is also part of this mod and it is apparent. They also claimed that the citizen density will increase, but I didn't notice any change. But, the performance decreased a little bit, which is weird because TheWorse said it would improve performance. I'll just have to wait for the official patch then... In summary: the mod is good, but nothing great. And certainly not as good as E3 2012.
