Concrete is very brittle unless it has something underneath it to support it especially if it's a concrete paver/tile which is what that looks like just punch it in the middle and it should easily crack and break in half

All e very easy to do,problem with the ones that failed the slab is that tried to punch the slab with a normal punch,the trick was to puch down with the side of the fist that way you get more body weight into the hit and is exactly what Seabastian did.
