Yes think so, but it is equally weak in lane, before it leafeon should get needed, we saw it in the tournaments

It’s definitely annoying, but unlike Mewtwo Y it doesn’t have a whole kit full of point and click CC, free shields, and healing on top of its auto attacks. That’s what makes it bearable to play against imo
Dpult heals more, but Mew2 shield would just break if a speedster used his unite on him, meanwhile Dpult just dies to any speedster ultimate it takes

I was playing Zoro, I did the entire burst of fient attack continuing with unite. Motherfather hit recover gaining almost his entire hp and unleashed a10 warthog on me

Yes but being unable to see dragapult until it's right on top of you is frustrating. I'd like to see a SMALL nerf to attack speed or damage or it's invisibility
And don´t forget Mewtow Y can get an unstoppable ability as an attacker. Which is kinda the cheery on top.
It doesn't even have a high pick rate, people play it with X attack like it's Mewtwo Y at its peak, and it's very easy to run down. Maybe a slight nerf is fine, but I'm afraid it would just plunge it back into unplayed territory, so I'm fine with its current state
Just lower the maximum stack from 10 to 8, probably the only nerf that doesn't kill the mon, but can keep it in a better balance
Extremely high snowball potential, offset by incredible frailty and next to no defense against hard crowd control. If you get on top of it as an All-Rounder or a Speedster, 90% of the time it's likely dead, a mutual kill or it's too crippled to fight any further.
Maybe reduce the Attack power stacks give to 8 from 10 to shear off some of its peak power, but otherwise it's not an unholy unstoppable force like the unpatched EX mons.
Agreed I think it is fine with no nerfs but 80 attack over 100 with max stacks is just fine too. It’s so squishy and really only takes advantage of misplaced teams

I think, unless dpult starts taking over comp too, it shouldnt get nerfs. I hate playing against it, i hate having a level 11 dpult at 7 minutes with 6 stacks on phantom force, but the problem there is not dpult itself but people just being really bad at the game and feeding constantly
Edit: that all be8ng said, j wouldnt complain in the slightest if they nerf phantom force to make dragon dance the better moveset
I mean, Dragapult has been one of those Pokémon that gets no gameplay since it’s debut, and he’s finally viable and good. As a Dragapult main (or as someone who wants to be one), give the guy his time in the spotlight.
Dragapult is squishy enough to where you can just run it down unless it's protected

Dragapult may be strong, but it's nothing compared to what other auto attackers like duraludon or Mewtwo Y were.

@@ciranopunalesvigliarolo3788 Dragapult may not have CC, but it has better mobility and firepower than Gardevoir I feel like. It might even be better now than Mewtwo Y on offensive terms even if Dura has better range.
@@pokefanbruh2 the mobility in battle it's not that good, Shadow ball dash Is too short to escape Brawlers/speedsters and shadow sneak doesn't make you invulnerable so CC and aoe attacks Will screw you over
I think it’s fine personally, an Auto Attacking carry with no defensive options and mid dash’s isn’t too hard to handle
Yes it can shred you down but it lacks huge burst, like the enemy you’re trying to kill ALWAYS has a chance to respond in someway before they go down, and depending on the Pokémon, that window could be what gets you KO’d
I won’t lie though, when Pult crits, it hits HARD, but there’s definitely counterplay
I don't mind it really but I play speedsters
I mean.... Dragapult is really strong but can be deleted really easy, and its kinda balanced because it dosnt has any cc skill, even the scape skills can be countered
It's strong but I'm fine with it. It has counter play given that it's incredibly squishy and doesn't have the best mobility. I still think Metagross is more OP.
Dragapult has its ups and downs.. Maybe the crit chance could be lowered a bit or the damage. Its really good but its not unfair or game breaking. I would like to see some tweaks to drahon dance tho. Love your vids cris!
definitely on the strong side but i don’t think it’s nearly as problematic as M2Y. Could use some small nerfs but eh there has been worse!

Not the base damage though, Dragon Dance feels nice with the overall damage buff

dragapult getting any lead like being one level ahead or being one evo ahead along with red buff can be absolutely devastating to play against if your team isnt willing to commit or if your team doesnt have proper gap closers
the thing is if u don't get any KO you still can't do anything , and before level 9 is literally trash
Dragapult actually deserves this buff. Let it shine as the best pokemon rn.
But my problem is the duo/trio q.
If the best attacker/allrounder exists, then the duo/trio q will abuse blissey, comfey or clefairy lol.
The ganks are insane by the trio queues.

Maybe your passive stacks should work like mejais in LoL where you lose half your stacks when you die, so you can stack and snowball, but if the other team works on killing you, you lose half the progress
It needs a slight nerf, invisibility is too OP on something that hits this hard. It’s partially the reason Sableye and Inteleon got nerfed
Maybe a little bit but overall it's not to game braking I guess it's just a a lot better than the other basic attack heavy pokemon like cinder, ninja or duraludon so it should get a little nerf but the others definitely could use some buffs I think
I tried dragapult after a long time yesterday and did 191k damage. Still couldnt believe it
My analysis watching cris is that he's a very good unite player, but the luck he gets with the majority of his teammates is absolutely fucking disgusting.
I get b2b2b2b2b teammates that steal jungle, back cap, ignore objectives, show late to team fights and ping the fucking map when THEY are at fault and my games are majority like this.
Nobody has map awareness, nobody goes where they're needed and by some fucking miracle my enemy team always does with 3+ members.
S17 and 15/42 matchs I've played my teammates throw the game at 2 mins.
I'd love to be part of an actual team but statistically finding 5 people as a working adult to play regularly is just impossible.
I still prefer Dragon Dance, occasionally does like 225k dmg 🤷♂️ I’m sure they’ll be slightly nerfed relatively soon.
While it definitely can be stomped by any burst speedster or all rounder, without that counter its is way too strong.
In my opinion dragapult was not that good before,so now i got buffed it gets nerfed and will probably suck. Also it can just get like 2-4 shot by any high dmg move or unite move,I use him and meowscarada just kills dragapult in like 1.4 seconds
This Pokemon does not need to crit on its basic attacks. Its complete non-sense for a ranged attacker to crit with that attack speed.
Another strong character we don’t understand why they randomly buffed him the best dps in game arguably just in 5s owl has crazy secure

It’s really only good with a defender. Umbreon is perfect for duo que and nobody plays it.
Dragapults strange because the only reason its overpowered is due to dogshit teammates constantly feeding it. If the average Unite player had brain cells the mon would be fine
Its early game should be nerfed, and stacks should be reduced a little. And maybe a little unstoppable on dragon dance or maybe for half the volley or atleast hinderance resistance for a little while in the volley. But it doesn't have a unite so not too much should be nerfed else it'll be useless again.

Pokémon is very very frail and if the other team trolls it, it just drags team down. I think it’s fine as is now.

I think dragapult is ok because he is a glass cannon. If your team have a good assassin you dont need to worry about him.
I used to play dragapult a lot before the buffs but now i just feel bad playing him. I'm glad he got buffed but I dont want to be a meta abuser.

People seem to think that dragapult is kinda balanced. Well it isn't. If your only counterplay against a Pokémon is to not let it get feeded it's obviously not balanced. If you play sprinter and dragapult is a bad player and shows itself you can easily kill him yes. But if he isn't he will only show after he can definitely kill his biggest threat and you can do nothing about it because he's invisible. Considering his kit it's way too much dmg to burst enemies with three basic attacks. So my take is: I'm happy to see an increased roster in Unite but they should still be balanced accordingly. Dragapult is overturned right now
Nah the fact is that it doesn’t need nerfs I’ve rarely gone up against one that gets over 70k and 4 kos because it takes so much requirement to actually make it a viable pokemon. If you feed it and let it get over leveled yeah it’s broken but that’s the same for every Pokémon
No nerfs needed if it gets nerfed no one will play it anymore

I think the only nerf it really needs is lowering the cap of damage. This means it's not nerfed in comp but stops it from snow balling in solo queue. With uncoordinated teams, it's very easy for a Dragapult to find one bad enemy team members, and just farm kills off them for a free 100 attack bonus.

I feel like shadow ball is frustrating, in terms of mechanics, animation, speed and aim it should be more like Azumarill's water pulse.. that move feels great and yet they managed to mess up how shadow ball feels even tho they literally had to copy all the frame data and how it's coded (except for hte damage of course), I just don't get it..

I just played against a dragapult and it did…drumroll please…203,000 damage. That’s not a typo. 203k. My guy did more damage than prime mew2y. And this wasn’t even a snowball magch for them. My team won.

It definitely didn’t get fed in that game, we won the match. It was just that it was a skilled dragapult player who could kite etc instead of sitting there and just holding A like most dragapult players
As a solo Q defender/support player I find Dragapult quite annoying on the other team. I feel like it does well as a "late game" damage dealer where if it gets to the late game it turns into a penta raid boss during the Ray fight. I feel like the lack off CC on it and getaways makes it pretty easy to focus, but playing SoloQ makes it annoying hoping your team is on the same page. Maybe a slight tune down on the Phantom Force bonuses, but nothing to rash.
It’s obnoxious but it gets deleted off the face of the planet when you finally do catch it unlike peak Mewtwo Y or Mew. The one thing that makes this thing so strong is other pokemon around it that are currently more problematic. Umbreon peeling for it with mean look. Buzzwole frontlining for it. Etc.

Dragapult doesn't really seem particularly unfair to me, either. Maybe just nerf its ability to rip objectives a bit and call it a day.
Its the first adc that can be played in this meta and isnt broken, it shouldnt get nerfed without a buff to cinderace, greninja, duraludon(archaludon), etc
I only nerf the snow ball of the Phantom force, because he got a lot of stacks because my team is Stupid, I cant do nothing against him

dragapult took over as my main since cinder, i did replace with charging charm , but im going to go back to rapid fire , interestingly , i play potion to get the extra sustain as a laner in early game. I think if i get a comfey on me, ill be unstoppable.

It shouldn't be nerfed in damage but by scaling the damage for later game. It's healthy that it forces players to play together than to play by yourself.
I've found a strat that works decently. With team fights, wait till it pops back into your sight lines (you need to stay on the outskirts of the fight) then go in with Meow's trailblaze/night slash and crit it to death.
this is actually how speedsters are supposed to play lol. have your team and the enemy brawl while u find vision on the carry to dive them

the 8 seconds of invisibility from phantom force are just broken
I think they need to nerf the attack gained back to 6 per kill, but leave it at 10 stacks max, or drop that attack speed out of phantom force just a tiny bit.
For people saying DP has no defense he can disappear thats a strong defense
It can only "disappear" for offensive reasons. If it doesnt jse it offensive, it does damage Blissey level.
The disappearing does not work well for defense purpose
