Yes, they replaced all faulty ones for free, the recall was taken care of by them quickly 🙂

I would’ve like to see all of the protein drink poured out that’s where all the residue would of been at the bottom such as protein chunks or banana chunks you only did the first half which makes me think you were probably paid to do this ad?
Paid for the product myself, not an ad. No chunks left in my drinks ever. If a video is paid the person filming has to disclose that or out an indicator in the video, I know it’s sometimes hard to tell anymore though. My personal experience has been great with it so far, hope this helps clarify 🙂
Don't buy it it sucks. First of all it pretty much only does protein shakes. I've seen commercials where they blend ice in it (lies!). It absolutely does NOT clean itself. If you don't take both of the rubber rings off and clean with soap and water underneath it the trapped liquid will get moldy and smelly. I've tried the soap and warm water rinse they advertise MANY times and it's not enough.
Complaints another review show had..was "where would you actually want to take it", other than the jym or backyard ..for example.
They didn't really believe that it was a good fit for hiking..but I say, if you go out into the woods for a long time..; many hours, days, as much even one or more weeks..you can usually get only a few of the provisions you need on the go..so you bring things with you. You have foods and beverages..or at least water, packed, and prepared for the trip. However, on the trip..you might want to mix some of it into a sauce, soup, or even a beverage..out of packaged fruits, vegetables, and/or other mixes. A fork, camping knife, or silly spoon, is ridiculous to be used for mixing up the smooth consistency desired in the middle of the woods. On the other hand..if in the side pouch of any worth while travel pack..is a compact blender of useful power..and now..your water, and dry snacks, are basically.."trail-blend".
