Don't stop making videos about trading! The best. Suggestion: Don't ever forget the "newbies", in other words make some "refreshed" and new videos about old topics every year or two ... example, reviewing trading platforms again, showing how to set up the accounts, etc.
Trey Heat stick with it. it does take some time to understand but after a month or two it will click. i use it instinctively now. it’s a breeze! the only problem now is that TD Am is sometimes slow and the app just seems to be sluggish.
Great video! I wish I had found this a couple of years ago when I was setting up. I was amazed to see how similar our set ups are! Most of the time I keep everything linked to a single color, so all watch lists, news, level 2 and charts. This way when I click in each watch list I don't have to keep changing the rest of the links. I set up studies on my default chart, like PMC and RSI then use detach a couple of times and toggle one off so I can enlarge them. I loved how you were direct to the point and stayed on point through the entire video. You used your time (and therefore my time wisely) Again very well done!

I really love your videos and your sense of humor. It makes the instruction more fun and less intimidating. I do not use TOS but I use various other charting programs. I am not sure why I keep avoiding using it I just didn't want to fund another account. Though, I think I have read that you can open an account and not fund it and still have access to the charting. Thank you. Keep them coming. (Perhaps some scanning ideas, or a custom script for volatility squeeze)
Also speaking a bit slower to let the info, facts sink in for novices. I opened an account at AT Ameritrade and didn't fund the account for a while but had access to Paper Trading; when I funded, it was with $500 to which I have since added. I was told that I could fund it with $100 and have access to everything. Their support is super . I have not been able to get through the tutorials; when technical skills are limited it's hard to learn too many functions at once. Great video

Yes, I use TOS or I should say I try to; Know nothing about it; am a total novice when it comes to technology; though an older person with a good education and work market background, I have very little knowledge of or expertise in the use of technology. Have no clue how to use the platform. The only thing I have done on it is enter Option trades which I do on their web page, but I close them on the TOS platform as I don't how to close them on the web page. It amazes me to see and hear someone that with that much expertise in setting up and utilizing all the right tools and gadgets and selecting the hardware components and setting them up. WOW

US TOS USERS READ TO IMPORT XML FILE OF HUMBLE TRADER. Just recently started watching your informative channel. Since your Canadian version of TOS doesn't have the share directly you gave the .xml version of your trading desktop workspace. Since I have the US version it was confusing, however with a little investigation I found a work around. First you save the workspace .xml doc. Next open your C drive location going to Programs Files open then drag the saved .xml doc to that folder and drop it in then close. Now it go back to your TOS under setup and you will see it listed at the lower part with rest of saved workspaces as OCT Demo. Save your current workspace first and then open Oct Demo and it shown in all its glory. Since this technique is called "root" meaning manual intervention employed it works with all versions as you insert it directly. A tip is that if you want to transfer your TOS to another computer going into that folder and saving those .XML files will allow you back them up outside the TOS folder for more security and to insert them in any TOS folder on any computer. I think the watch list which are important can be handled the same way. Enjoy and your welcome! Thanks for videos and the indicator and workspace!

Humbled Trader It is in my hope you will be able to answer this question. Let’s say I buy 400 shares and if the trade goes in my favor, and I buy another 400 shares into my winning position. Now I decide to sell 400 shares at my first target, and bring my stop loss to break-even (my entry point). My question is how do I adjust stop loss if it was set up already when I entered the trade? ~Help!

Thank you for this video. I see now many subtle UI improvements to thinkorswim when compared to the images in this video. But I was still able to follow along. I have chosen ThinkOrSwim for the Free LV II subscription, no broker commission fee in the US and I'm on a Mac.

Thank you so much! The biggest struggle that I have encountered was configuring my ToS and retaining my settings. I've learned more from your 20-minute video than hours of watching others. The one issue I could not figure out was whenever switching charts (daily or intraday) I would always have a substantial period of time in front of candlesticks. By watching the segment on "Time Axis" a couple of times I noticed you had the Expansion Area configured for 0, while mine had defaulted to 100! Lol! Thank you again and your jokes really aren't that bad. :D

I truly admire the way you package your content. You're a truly a woman of substance and i like that about you. I recently started investing with a portfolio manager who charges me 20% of the total earnings on a monthly period and i want to ask, do you think that's too commission for him? I mean he's good alright, in fact he makes me tons and tons of profit but i think i overpay him and should in fact pay as low as 10% commission for his services. What's your opinion on that.
Great video. Addicted to watching them all. For all those complaining that its too fast, just click the settings gear wheel and turn the speed down to 0.75 and its a perfect speed to keep up. ONE QUESTION!! Did i miss it or what? when i closed it and reopened the next day, everything went back to the way it was before!! :( How do you save everything so its the way you left it before closing ????

BEST Tutorial so far. bit different but I'm in commercial photo industry and know few of my college friends who is working as VFX tech, DTI or DP on film industry with decent income. (yes all has 6 figure ART college tuition loan lol). impressed that you change your pass to full time trader after all that position on vfx field which need quite hustle to get on.

I got a question ? What broker allows you to trade Premarket 4am and after hour 8pm in Canada? Questrade only give 7;30am & 5:30pm . Thank you

BEST Tutorial so far. bit different but I'm in commercial photo industry and know few of my college friends who is working as VFX tech, DTI or DP on film industry with decent income. (yes all has 6 figure ART college tuition loan lol). impressed that you change your pass to full time trader after all that position on vfx field which need quite hustle to get on.
