How To Utilise Soy Beans | Part 1: Soy Milk & Tau Foo Fah

  • Welcome to my channel, where we celebrate the art of homemade delicacies! In this video, I'll show you how utilise soybeans by making two traditional soy-based treats: Soy Milk and Tau Foo Fah. These recipes are not only easy to follow but also bring the authentic flavours and textures of these beloved dishes right to your kitchen.
    I thought it was going to be hard to make your own Soy Milk but was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was actually quite easy and with none of the nasties (preservatives, sugar etc.) It made the whole process so worth it! Also, it was so difficult to get the consistency right using agar agar for Tau Foo Fah so I decided to get vegetarian gelatine and it made it silky smooth.
