So many factors to consider with wifi, distance to the router, line of sight, interference. Not to mention your wifi setup, pcie vs usb, features/range of those.
Interference is the big one, especially with ISP provided routers. BT here in the UK for example only allows you to pick from a few channels. On 5Ghz the interference is 90% for me. Not really noticeable in browsing/streaming, but bad in online games.
I WISH I HAVE THAT KIND OF SPEED AND STRONG CONNECTION here in the Philippines 2 or 5 mbps is already a miracle, and the rarest mpbs is over 40+ and the average is only 300 kbps I wish Im in Finland

That makes prefect sense. 450 Mbps is about the limit for most wireless cards. Gigabit ethernet is good for up to 945 Mbps. At that point the limiting factor is your ISP speed.
It appears to be fiber connection. Generally fiber connections are symmetrical in speed. That also explains the low ping. If you are getting 110 Mbps down and only 15 Mbps up you are probably on a cable modem (DOCSIS) connection.
i have converge internet. i have good speeds downstairs using my laptop and cell phones. my issue is when i go upstairs my desktop using a wifi dongle internet speed goes drastically down. around 7 MBPS. is there a recommended wifi dongle for converge?
